WELL WE MEET AGAIN, OVER THREE HUNDRED SQUAT. OK well it's still lightweight (rip small quads, rip small calves, etc etc..) HOWEVER progress was made today. Hit sum sqwattts at the peak of the third sprint of the 5/3/1 program. Videoed is 330 for five easy (Jk the last 5 were quite hard) reperinos @ 191ish body weights. Literally don't remember how heavy it felt but was feeling v avg today, couldn't get hyped up that much. It's odd, I generally have more energy after work at night then on a Sat or Sunday. Either whey, still made shit happen and the weight went up. Still working on the ass wink but progress is progress. Next week is deload for the final fourth sprint. HELL FUCKING LO u fuckers. Found my balls and actually decided to squat "heavier" on this second cycle of the 5-3-1 Program I'm on. This is 3 hundred and ten pounderinos on the back of a tall, small calved, petite chested guy named Dick. He weighs around 192ish during the day and eats as much as his gullet allows. Dick is trying to make gains. Next sqwaat sesh it'll be 330 for 1+ rep, let's hope it's at least 2 and my knee/back/shoulder don't fail me. Hell fucking lo ppl. Finished the first month of the 5-3-1 program and felt some gains com my way. Hit 270x12 on sqwattts after day drinking all day sat. Another PR after drinking hmm 🤔. What's up. Just ANNIHILATED some chest n back on a push/pull aux day. Missed lifting yesterday cause I was so fookin tired, so i said fuck it went to bed early and go some epic rest for this weekend. Shoulder feeling less and less painful, it's still being a pussy but I barely notice it at all doing some light bench and chest press. HELLOOO BBs fooked up sum sqwaaats today and managed to hit a rep PR of 240x13. S/o to my spotter who was there for the mental support, because after all, lifting is 99% mental. ALSOOOO A GLORIOUS day bc I started the 531 program for sqwats n OHP hoping to get some strength gayns as this is the first time on a program in a long time (like months). Threw around some light AF bench in yesterday along with hitting shoulders and tris. Been staying away from tricep pull downs bc Im pretty sure my form fucked my shoulder up on those. Haven't had pain today, other than usual soreness so dats gucci. -- also -- OK, so for those that don't know, the BMI scale takes ur height and weight, does some maths, then arrives at a number to tell u if ur too fat or not. This system is complete BULLSHIT. It doesn't take body fat percent into consideration so it says that me, a 190lb, around 6'1" bro w around 10-15% body fat is OVERWEIGHT... U fookin wat m8?? Haven't hit anything over 225 cause waiting for back to feel better. Also pro tip for all the fookin casuals out there: If u see a guy squatting some wheyt and then set it down when he's done and unstrap his tight belt from their wheyst, and go to reach for their jugg of liquid nutrients GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE WAYYYY. The picture may not be high quality but the lift sure was. Sitting around 189 waits and even with a slightly tainted back, chest n tris were Murdered. Felt an amazing pump from cable flys after reking some incline dumbell press. Did 4 sets of normal weight for 15 reps and for the last two did triple drop sets. Lifted w the lil pgot @sdas123 the other day whose been injured AF lately, go rest up bra. Meanwhile in the land of gains, i hit some high rep squatties last night for a total rep count of 60, completing a 4x15 with 175 American units of awesomeness followed by some single-leg leg presses. Wheying in round 189 and feeling fookin incredible. Had a little lower back cramp while I was near the end of my leg presses and I thought for a split sec that I pulled something down there. Turns out I just needed to stretch out my glute and we were back in itttt. - --Unrelated note: Drinking is bad for gains?? Sitting round 187.5 pounderinos, gonna be moving out to Texas by the end of Sept so I'll need to find a gym with an abnoxiously neon green locker room to take mirror selfies. Killed some deads yesterday going "heavy" for the first time in over a year. I hit 315lbs for a mixed set of 5x3 (sometimes hitting more than 3 reps lol). Back felt amazing and still does today. I fractured L5 a bit back so this is a step in the right direction. Gonna keep it up and going for reps on pulls until shit becomes second nature. Ahh suhh!! Fookin killed the Chicago Tough Mudder with some good friends over the weeknd marking number 7. Felt great, we kept a nice pace throughout the entire run even while repeating obstacles n messing about. THEN we decided to volunteer the day after at one of the obstacles called the "Augustus Gloop" where u have to climb up a tube while water sprays down at Yo face. Great trip, can't wait to do number 8 in the near future! WHAT'S UP. Sometimes it's good to take some rest. Overtraining is bad and something that I didn't know I suffered from until looking back when I first started lifting regularly. This past week all I've done is a light leg workout in light of my impending Tough Mudder this Saturday. This will be my 6th (I think lol) run and due to my bulk (gained around 12ish lbs since my last run) and my strength/size training, I've been doing dick when it comes to running. But I have faith that I'll be able to still kick some ass. Anyway, it's been relaxing to take these past 4 days off lifting. Everyone needs a break sometimes. Absolutely FORTIFIED lats, back, and biceperinos today at the jym. Felt a fucking crazy pump, weighed in an exceptional 191.1 pounds and looked somewhat decent w a lat spread. -- Now that the wheyt goal has been reached I need a new focus. It is now to maintain 190 and turn it all into muscle. Also need to focus on the ol lats, goals is to be unable to fit thru doors unless walking sideways (@calumvonmoger 😉💦) . Also shoulders need to be strengthened as the left one is being a LITTLE HO and is giving me some pain. Been stretching neck which helps, odd pain. To yall reading this: Go fucking kill it. HEEEELLLOO THERE KIND PEOPLE OF THE INTERNET. Today is a day which will be remembered as the day when a guy named "Rich" because a little less small! I have reached the wheyt of one hundred and ninety (190) pounds: critical fucking mass!!! I would like to thank my family, great friends, lifting buddies, and the random guy that took my pics in the bathroom like an absolute boss. This is a monumental moment for me for many reasons. Not only is my driver license weight grossly incorrect but I have also proven that with mental focus, mass gainer shakes, and eating an absolute shit ton of food can enable someone w a high metabolism to gain sum!
