can more people talk about how richie tozier was never really happy? he used his voices to cope and loves his friends with everything he had, but he was never happy within himself.

even as an adult, richie became a workaholic just because he felt he was nothing outside of his voices and this media persona he created. god my boy was so unhappy and now im sad.

he’s had them since he was 9 years old, and he hates them

he never told anyone about his glasses, until he was 13 (turned out not being a big deal; everyone loved it)especially richie

they were the small, almost rectangular glasses

he wears them when he does homework and when he’s reading any book

it always irritates him when his face gets an itch and the glasses are in the way

he’ll be doing his chemistry homework with richie and he feels all flustered because richie keeps staring at him. (but richie just loves how fucking adorable his boy is)
