This probably isn’t a weird bird by your standards, but this is Strawberry(blurry cause she was trying to bite mid-photo.) She’s at a bird sanctuary i interned at and I love her (she kinda hated me and everyone else, though.)

I miss all the birds there very much especially the Ibis flock and especially the flock’s albino “nonbinary” member called Eddie (no one could tell what they were and they were already a bit strange; straying away from the flock, walking up to people, etc.) there was also a gay interspecies duck couple (one was a mallard but i don’t remember the other one :( ) who were so incredibly cute— one was never seen without the other. They also seemed to be mated for life?? Which ducks don’t do iirc so that was cool.

Sorry for the rambling, I just love all the birds there and I’m still upset that I can’t go back (new director + old supervisor doesn’t work there anymore)
