Ok, I haven’t been writing as of late, but I’m gonna change that. I’ve got an AP test on Thursday, and after I’ve got that over and done with, I’m gonna write some more of the dynamorph stories.

I wanted to ask for my own fic. Where will everyone go to meet up about the transforming process? Were are they going to met Sonia? Hammerlocke?
In the stories I’ve been writing, I’ve just been writing out the transformation parts of the main characters, but I’ve been thinking of doing a bit on immediately after. I’d imagined that Leon and Hop would go right to Sonia, who’s being overwhelmed by a sudden influx of calls from across the region, so she hadn’t gotten a proper explanation of what’s happening. After they sort through what’s happening, they call all the gym leaders, confirming and planning to meet up. I’m still indecisive on where, though, but Hammerlocke sounds like a good option.
Thank you for reminding me how fun it is to come up with ideas for this. However, remember that this isn’t my au and if you’ve got questions about the logistics, you should ask the creator. But for my stories, the above is true.

Hey, sorry this one took so long. I’ve been busy the last few days with homework, life, and new children. I’ve had a time, but I’m glad to get back to writing.
This is one of the transformations described in @lulzyrobot‘s dynamorph au masterpost.
---
Marnie trudged back to the kitchen for the third time.
When she and her brother got back to Spikemuth, their Gym Trainers did their best to cheer them up. A few suggested they hold a concert as a tribute for their Pokémon. Her brother quickly accepted the offer, almost immediately rushing off to bury himself in preparations. Marnie politely declined, claiming she was tired and wanted to go home.
In reality, she just wanted to be alone so no one would see her ensuing breakdown. She’d been crying in her room for around thirty minutes when her stomach started to rumble. She realized that she hadn’t eaten anything since the night before.
Despite eating what she normally did while home, she still felt hungry, but was satisfied enough to go back to her room. She chalked it up to getting used to eating more while traveling on her Gym Challenge.
Less then an hour later, she went back to try to fill her stomach because it was feeling like a hollow cavern in her abdomen. The snackiness started to remind her of something, making her feel even worse.
“Probably got used to snackin’ with ‘em,” she muttered, feeling tears well up in her eyes again.
When she came down for a third time, she started to suspect that something might be wrong. She’d eaten more food than her brother does after long days out and she still felt like she’d barley made a dent on her appetite.
She didn’t feel like she had the energy to find out what it was that was amiss. She just wanted to go to sleep and hope that this all was a dream she would wake up from tomorrow.
She was halfway through a bowl of berry cereal when a wave of itchiness came over her. Scratching at her arms, she tried to find the source of the discomfort.
Marnie’s eyes widened in horror as she watched patches of black and brown fur sprout up on her arms.
She quickly stood up, pushing the chair over and spilling her cereal. On her rush to the bathroom, her eyes started to burn and her ears hurt.
When she went to close the bathroom door behind her, she noticed that almost the entirety of her arms were covered in the different colors of fur. She spun to look in the mirror, worried about what she may see.
Her eyes were completely black except a white dot where her pupil used to be; on either side of her face, brown and black fur formed zigzags down from her forehead. Her ears had stretched to formed rounded points with two different colored tufts of fur under both.
She felt tears sting at her eyes, not realizing that she could feel an energy building up in her.
Two pink circles appeared on her cheeks, crackling with electricity.
As her tears spilled over, she let out a surge, and then the lights went out.

Whooo, this one was a doosie. I’ve always liked the brat boy, I’ve just never written him before. I enjoyed writing him, though! And I hope y’all enjoy reading this!
This is one of the transformations described in @lulzyrobot‘s masterpost of their dynamorph au.
“Please, can we just get on with today’s training?” Never before had Bede been looking forward to the bothersome training that the retired Ballonlea Gym Leader subjected him to. After the incident with Eternatus, he just needed a distraction, and Fairy Types and quizzes sounded good enough.
“Bede, I was actually hoping to discuss a new stage of training with you,” Opal said, still blocking the way to the dressing room that his uniform was in. “Let’s go get some tea and talk this over.” She hooked the end of her umbrella around his arm and began dragging him out of the Gym.
“Can’t we do this another day?” he asked, trying to free himself.
“Do you want to slow your advance to be the best?” After a reluctant head shake, she gave a hum and continued on her way to the Pokémon Center.
The two ordered from the cafe and sat at a table outside. An Indeedee poured two cups for them, leaving the pot of tea on the table.
“So, what was this new training you were talking about?” he asked after taking a sip.
“Before we get into that,” Opal began, setting her cup down, “we need to have a little talk.” This caused him to tense slightly. “Last night, you lost someone very important to you.”
“I won’t let that interfere with my training, if that’s what you’re worried about,” he cut in. She sighed.
“That’s not what I’m worried about. What I’m worried about is you.” Bede was taken aback for a moment. ”How are you feeling? If you need some time off of training to grieve, you can have it. Hatterene was your partner; loosing someone that meant a lot to you can take a toll-”
“That doesn’t mean that I need to stop working!” Bede snapped. “Just tell me what I need to work on next and I’ll get it done!” He wasn’t used to being able to focus on his feelings, but that’s what his mentor was trying to get him to do. His eyes started to burn and he felt tears threatening to spill over. He squeezed them shut and scrubbed at his face, getting rid of the ones that slipped through.
“Child, I don’t think burying yourself in training and avoiding your feelings would be healthy for you. Hatterene was-”
“Yes! I know!” he exploded. He stood up, making his chair fall backwards; his eyes snapped open to glare at the retired Gym Leader, somehow leaving her in shocked silence despite him having outbursts before. “I know that Hatterene was important to me! She was the only one to stick with me through everything I’ve gone through. She was the only one who saw me as a person rather than a tool for years, and now I’m pretty sure she died protecting me, but I can’t even be sure that she’s gone because there was nothing of her left!” It felt like something was trying to weigh him down, but he ignored it in favor of continuing his rant. “This is how I deal with my feelings. I dealt with feeling inadequate by working to make something of myself. I dealt with my feeling of being used and being disowned by devoting myself to your training. I dealt... with...” He paused for a moment; a splitting headache had distracted him enough to see the near-horrified look Opal was giving him. “What are you looking at...?”
This was answered when pain burst through his head. He tried to reach up to feel what was causing the stabbing ache, but his hands hit something in the way up. Straining his eyes, he looked up. A pastel blue witch hat was what was blocking his hands from getting to the top of his head.
“What?” Bede started to panic. He realized that out of the corners of his eyes, he could spy the same shade of blue. Looking around, he saw that the color was on a curtain of hair surrounding him, and that it dissolved into a pastel pink before fading to near-white.
He took a step back in shock, stepping on something in the process. He fell back, unable to catch himself around all the hair wrapping around him. Looking to see what he tripped on, he saw his legs completely obstructed by white hair, making it impossible for him to walk.
“Wha- Hatterene?” he quietly asked himself. He felt something move on its own on top of his head.
Suddenly, it felt like a wave crashed over him, making it hard to breathe. Trying to figure out where it came from, he looked up at Opal, who had gotten up to crouch beside him. When he made eye-contact with her, another flood of nothing came at him. He noticed an aura that surround her that had been growing larger the longer he sat there.
His eyes were beginning to glaze over; he felt overwhelmed with every sensation surrounding him.
A sharp ringing cut through the haze that started coating Bede’s mind. He felt his phone buzzing in his coat pocket, but ignored it for what he saw in front of him. Besides, they hung up a moment later.
In front of him, Opal had jumped back, a clawed tentacle stopped just above her head, leading back to the top of his hat.
“I- I’m sorry!” he shouted. He drew the tentacle back towards him, grabbing it and holding it close to himself.
“No, no, it’s fine,” she tried to comfort. He could somehow feel her pushing back on whatever the aura was, trying to make it smaller. “I should’ve known that would overwhelm you.”
He took a moment, focusing on what he was seeing and feeling before he realized.
Tears slipped past eyelids as he looked up at his mentor who was trying to comfort him. Never before could he physically see and feel that someone was concerned about him.

Third times the charm, or whatever! Anyway, I went with Gloria for this one. “This one” being another story from @lulzyrobot‘s amazing dynamorph au, as described in their masterpost. I should really stop staying up until 4 am writing these, but I work best at night! Besides, these are more fun to write than sleep.
Anyways, enjoy!
Gloria was having a difficult time keeping her eyes open.
There was so much more to being Champion than she ever could of imagined. She was being told of galas she would need to attend, required public appearances as the new Champion, and so, so many meetings. She nodded some more, trying to pay attention to what the League Staff were saying was so important, but she was having to put most of her energy into staying upright.
The Staff were piling responsibilities on her, telling her all the events she would be in charge of and how to do good PR. In her sleep-deprived brain, she couldn’t even remember what “PR” meant. They continued using acronyms and fancy words that she couldn’t process at the moment.
She had gotten no sleep the night before, spending the whole evening searching the entire tower that her partner disappeared from the top of in a blast of energy. Inteleon often liked to sneak off, especially while camping in the Wild Area. He was the Secret Agent Pokémon, and as such liked to be hidden from sight and watch from a distance. She’d gotten used to having to go find him when it was time to leave, and she learned a general sense of where he usually was.
That was how she knew that Inteleon was still... somewhere. She tried to get a sense of where he was, roaming the whole tower in hopes that he’d just be around that next corner, but just led herself in circles. She eventually was dragged to this boring briefing to inform her of her multitude of new duties, despite her not even being a teenager yet.
She was caught with her eyes half-lidded by a sudden ringing. When she realized that it was coming from her, she barely glanced at her phone before loudly announcing, “This is important; I’m gonna take a quick bathroom break.” She stood from her seat and hurried out of the meeting room.
As soon as she was free, Gloria let go of a sigh and let the tension out of her shoulders. She pulled her phone up to see that it was Hop who called only to hang up a second later. She felt a pang in her chest; Hop was really upset after his Dubwool disappeared.
She was about to call him back when she felt a sharp pain ripple through her. She suddenly knew that she needed to be alone. She rushed off, finding a single-stall restroom and slamming the door behind her.
Before she could turn to lock the door, a pressure building up in her tailbone released, tearing her skin and shorts as a long, familiar blue tail unfurled out from under her dress. She almost screamed, but bit down on her arm to muffle herself.
She looked down to further examine her new appendage, only to find blue and black scales growing down her legs. When they disappeared below her socks, her feet started to ache horribly. From the cracking and popping sounds, she guessed that they were changing as well.
Her focus shifted as she spied something crawling down her arms. Steadily, light blue scales grew from her skin up to her wrist. From there, they turned black into the shape of gloves. Beneath the skin on her fingertips, a stinging lingered a while after.
A sharp stab at the base of her neck had her reaching to feel what was going on. She felt two flaps of skin unwinding from her back; testing them, she found that she could stretch them out.
Gloria let out a low hiss, covering her face as her eye sockets began to burn. When it lessened to a sting, she shuffled over to the mirror to get a look at herself.
Blue scales covered her forehead and trailed over her nose. Her eyelids and irises had been turned yellow and her pupils had turned white. Dark blue scales coated her neck and the skin that was visible above her collar.
“What the...” she trailed off in confusion and worry. She reached up to touch her face, but she was interrupted by the sound of footsteps in the hall outside.
Oh, please just be walking past, she thought. No luck; the steps slowed down as they approached the bathroom door. She didn’t have enough time to reach the door as she heard them lay their hand on the handle.
Without thinking, she pointed a finger at the small button in the door handle. A film slid over her eyes, blocking out almost everything except her target. A small jet of water shot from her finger with enough pressure to press the button down. A clacking sound was made when the person on the opposite side tried to push the door open.
“O-occupied,” Gloria stuttered out, in awe of what she just did. A muffled “Sorry,” came in response, followed by fading footsteps. She stared at her hands for a moment longer, enough for realization to sink in.
“Oh...” Tears welled up in her eyes. “So that’s why I could still feel you. Because you’re still here, but you’re not...” she hiccuped, shook her head and then wiping her eyes.
“Alright, we’ve got to get out of here,” she said to herself. She couldn’t just try to walk out with being spotted, but she didn’t have anyone to help her-
Wait, she thought, yes i do.
She reached in her pocket and pulled out the Poké Ball she knew would be best. Before releasing her friend, she whispered to into it, “Please don’t panic.”
Releasing her Corviknight made the already small bathroom even smaller. Upon seeing her trainer, the large bird made several squawks of concern.
“Shh, I need you to help me sneak out of here,” Gloria whispered.
She gave off a coo that she understood meant “Why?”
“Because I was in a briefing meeting on what I’m supposed to do as Champion and they’ll probably be looking for me after I sneaked out.” At the bird’s disappointing trill, she sighed. “I’ll explain it to you and the others once we’re out of here. Does that sound alright, mother hen?”
She squeezed under Corviknight’s wing and curled up, making sure every part of her was blocked by feathers before reaching out to unlock and open the door.
It was a few minutes of walking and the soft clinking of her Pokémon’s feathers before she heard anything else.
“Whose Corviknight is this? Hey, where are you going?” she heard a male voice ask. Luckily, she’d come up with a backup plan in case this happened.
Corviknight reached under her other wing and pulled out a folded slip of paper that was labeled as a letter from her.
“Oh, you’re the Champion’s? You did great in the Champion Cup, by the way,” he complemented. She chirped her thanks in response and put the letter back, continuing on her way.
They managed to not run into anyone else, getting through the doors with only curious looks.
When they reached a less populated area, Corviknight opened her wing and dropped Gloria onto the ground.
“Thank you,” she said half sarcastically. The Raven Pokémon looked at her expectantly. Gloria sighed, “I promise I’ll tell you about it soon; for now, I think it’s more urgent that I call Sonia.”

I’m going... mostly in order of the masterpost. Just didn’t want to leave the cliffhanger with Hop from the last one.
Again, this is for @lulzyrobot‘s amazing dynamorph au and is my elaboration on some of the transformations described in the masterpost. I re-read it frequently to make sure I get everything accurate :)
---
Hop flopped onto the ground, wheezing and letting tears roll off his face. He coughed, irritating his sore throat, making his breath hitch. He haphazardly scrubbed his face.
He sighed, reaching over to his bag and pulling out a water bottle. It was no longer as cold as it was when he took it out of the fridge, but it was still soothing. He shoved it back in, jostling the fabric enough to shake a familiar disk out of another pocket. It rolled until it hit his foot, falling face-up. Reaching out to pick it up, he took a minute to stare at it.
His badges were both a symbol of his victories as well as his failures. He’d beat the Gym Challenge, gotten to the Champion Cup, but couldn’t take the the final step to achieve his dream. That was only half of why he had sneaked off into the Slumbering Weald alone to scream and cry his feelings out.
His first Pokémon, his first partner, was gone. Disappeared. Seemingly disintegrated in a blast of red energy and pain that left his body stinging. Every success that gathered the pieces of the metal disk that he held in his hands was achieved with his Wooloo and then Dubwool by his side. He was the first to comfort him on his loss of his chance to be Champion, having heard him excitedly ramble about beating his brother ever since he first got a Pokémon, and was the one that jumped in front of him when Eternatus released enough Dynamax energy to rip him and everyone else to shreds.
Hop let out a shaky sigh, trying to slow his sobs. He slid his badges back into his bag and zipped it shut.
A breeze blew by, rustling the trees and blowing at his coat. He shivered and wrapped it tighter around him. A while earlier, he’d started to wish he’d brought an extra layer despite it seeming like a nice day. On chilly days when he was younger, he’d put Wooloo in his jacket. It’d kept both of them warm and made them smile. After Wooloo evolved into Dubwool, he had to settle for burying his face and arms into his springy wool.
The memories brought a smile to his face. He felt warmer just thinking about it.
He wiped the last of the tears off his face and moved to get up. His other Pokémon were probably worrying about him; he’d been gone for well over an hour. Besides, his legs were starring to ache for whatever reason.
Right as he was about to gather his balance, a sudden crack and pop came from below him, and his legs were falling out from under him. He fell backwards, flailing his arms and screwing his eyes shut, preparing to hit his head.
The harsh impact never came. When he hit the ground, something impacted before his head, and it caused him to bounce.
Hop sat up and looked for what caused him to fall in the first place. His eyes widened in horror when they saw his legs. His feet had slipped out of his shoes, revealing that they were now replaced with familiar, sheep-like hooves. Brownish-black fur was growing up his legs, changing the shape as it went along. White wool peaked out from under his pant legs as it grew in.
He quickly reached to feel what saved him from his fall, finding a mane of grey wool growing steadily thicker around his neck.
“What-?” he quietly asked to himself in fright. What should he do? He started to panic and made up his mind when he saw that the black fur was growing on his arms. He dove into his bag and dug out his phone.
He scrolled through his contacts until he found who he was looking for. When he tried to tap the screen, he heard a clack that didn’t react with the screen. He saw that two of his fingers on each hand had disappeared and those that remained were becoming solid keratin.
He tried to use his palm, which still had some bare skin, to tap the screen, but missed twice, accidentally tapping the “Best Rival” and the “Bollocks Rival” contacts before he hitting the “Bro” contact.
It rang twice before his brother picked up. In this time, his nose and eyes started burning.
“Leon! I don’t know what’s happening; I was just-” He was hyperventilating. ”I went out alone- I needed space- but now- now-” Now he just wanted someone to be with him.
“Hop, where are you?” Leon asked. Hop didn’t know if he was imagining it, but his brother’s voice was hoarse, like he’d just gotten out of a burning building.
Pressure was building in his skull, and it felt like something was going to burst out.
“I went into the Slumbering Weald to be alone, but-” Suddenly, it felt like his skull exploded as four horns pierced through his skin.
He let out a scream, his phone slipping to the ground as he grasping at the two growing on top of his head. Blood dripped from his hair onto his face and down his neck. While the first pair curved back, the second grew on the sides of his head and curved down and forwards, tangling into his mane and emerging below his head.
He laid on the ground, clutching his head and sobbing for new reasons, for a few minutes, feeling the changes settle in.
A minute after it felt like it was over, Hop heard loud wing beats. He looked up, but couldn’t see what was making the noise. It apparently could see him, however, because a moment after they suddenly grew frantic, an orange projectile landed in the clearing next to him.
He jumped up in a panic, staying up until his unsteady legs made him fall back. When the dust settled, he was lost for words.
“Hop!” the orange dragon with his brother’s face and voice exclaimed worriedly. He had partially dried blood around his hands, back, and horns. “Are you okay?” He crouched down to be closer to Hop’s height.
“...Leon?” he asked. “What’s going on?”
“I don’t really know,” he replied, tilting his head down. “I was in my new office when... this... suddenly happened.” The atmosphere was heavy for a while after they both calmed down a bit. It was making Hop pretty uncomfortable.
“Wait,” he said, “you came all the way here from the Battle Tower?” At his brother’s confused nod, Hop gave an awkward grin. “And you flew all this way without getting lost?”

I wanted to make something for @lulzyrobot‘s awesome dynamorph au, but I can’t draw, so I decided to write some of the transformation parts that were described in the masterpost.
A bit of a gore warning! Growing new limbs can be a bit bloody!
“Here you are, sir.”
Leon thanked the secretary who had led him to his new office and sent her back to her desk. He pushed open the door and examined his new space. The first word he thought of to describe it was “expensive.”
Three black walls rising from red carpet, a large desk at the center, bare except for a slim computer and keyboard as well as some fancy pens. Behind all of that were huge windows overlooking the city on the bright, sunny day outside. Small clouds drifted lazily overhead as most enjoyed their day after the chaos the previous one brought.
Leon closed the door behind him and stepped towards the windows and reached for the blinds. He shut all the light that didn’t seep through out, not even turning the electric lights on. He sat down in the large chair and leaned back, breathing out a sigh, finally letting his smile drop.
He took his phone out of his pocket and started scrolling through photos. He looked at old pictures, new, and everything in between. There were pictures of his matches with Raihan, his first day setting off on his journey, Hop with his Wooloo and Dubwool, as well as past and the recent Champion Cups. In each and every one were images of his first, forever, and now gone, partner.
He didn’t realize he’d started crying until the first tear fell down his face. Quickly, the ex-champion rubbed the tears off his face and took a breathe.
“I’ve got a company to run,” Leon muttered to himself. “I can’t waste time crying.”
It’s not a waste of time, he thought in response. It’s important to be allowed to grieve. He did research on grief when the family pet Wishiwashi died and Hop was especially affected.
Speaking of his brother, Leon was worried about him. Whenever he was upset, he wanted to be alone, and after the loss of something dear to him, he would avoid everyone for a few days before seeking comfort. After losing Dubwool, he’d been so distraught. Leon’ll call him in a little while. He also wanted to be alone for a while as well.
He set his phone down and laid his head on the desk. It was cold compared to how warm his face felt. Probably extra warm from the crying, he thought. Speaking of, his entire body had been unnaturally hot for a while. He’d just gotten back from a suit-fitting and all the example coats had felt incredibly warm. He was glad to still be able to wear his old uniform until he got something better for the head of the new Battle Tower. Perhaps I should see a doctor; this could have something to do with last night.
He let out another sigh into his arms, something making his lungs feel extra heavy.
When he inhaled again through his nose, the first thing he noticed was the smell of smoke. It only caused him to panic more when he realized the smoke was coming from his mouth.
A sudden burst of pain jerked him from his seat. He caught himself on his desk and shakily used it to support himself. The stab in his fingers almost caused him to drop, barely catching himself by his elbows.
Leon stared at his fingers, watching as something sharp and red with blood started to split the skin. Horrifyingly familiar orange scales crawled out from under the crimson and up his arms.
Choking back a scream, he raked his new claws across the desk in an attempt to stay upright as his vertebrae exploded in pain. His shorts tore open as a huge tail grew from his tailbone, the tip cloaked in flames, and he clawed at the collar of is jersey as his neck gave off a multitude of pops, stretching and growing scales.
He struggled to get to his feet, feeling pressure building in his back. He managed two steps before his skin and shirt shredded, making way for two orange and teal wings. This time, he did scream as skin and scales healed around the new appendages.
He heard more tearing and looked to see his shoes being torn apart from the inside as claws pushed through the fabric. His legs were rapidly changing, tearing his pants to shreds.
Pain worse than any migraine he’d ever felt hit his head, causing his new tail to thrash in agony. It slid across the desk, leaving scorch marks and knocking the computer and pens across the office.
He was clutching his head, two orange horns growing from between his claws, when the door swung open the the face of a horrified employee. Leon looked at them and said the only thing he could think of.
“Call Sonia,” his raspy voice shouted, smoke billowing from his throat. The poor staff member backed up in fright at the noise, but quickly understood and rushed off.
The changes had slowed down, almost to a total halt, when his phone, which was somehow still on the desk, gave a familiar ringtone. He scrambled to pick it up, careful of his claws, and used the side of his hand to answer.
“Leon!” Hop’s panicked voice came over the speaker. “I don’t know what’s happening; I was just- I went out alone- I needed space- but now- now-” His breathing was too quick and he sounded in pain.
“Hop, where are you?” Leon asked frantically. He may have been terrible with directions, but he was smart enough to figure out what was probably going on.
“I went into the Slumbering Weald to be alone, but-” He was cut off by a scream of sudden agony followed by the call disconnecting.
Leon’s senses went into overdrive. He knew that more staff were on their way, presumably to help him, but they would keep him from getting to his little brother. Even if he managed to slip past them, it wasn’t like he could take the train as a weird half-Pokémon covered in blood. But then how could he...?
Before he could even process what he was doing, he was crashing through the window, burning the blinds that tried to tangle him to ash, his new wings beating as fast as they could to carry him home.
