Zane and Lewis just pulled up in a motorcycle together without killing each other, and this is our reaction.

Zane and Nate and I were exploring this weird little underground cavern thing that leaks out into some ocean, left some graffiti and stuff, and as I was chilling on this above water platform the guys thought it would be funny to toss off their shirts and go swimming. Even though he’s Zane’s friend, Nate’s still kind of an idiot sometimes, and he’s literally so dopey he literally knows about the whole mermaid thing and it just.. barely registers for him. He watches it happen and is just like, “okay”. So he thought it would be a good idea to splash me even though I was like, “I’m not getting involved”. I wasn’t sure whether to be amused or annoyed and I literally went.

“OH MY GOD THE TRANSFORMATION IS COMING! SAVE YOURSELVES!”

and then just.. dove in.

Thank you Zane for having pictures. Tl;dr that was actually kinda fun, getting to mess around in a place I probably shouldn’t have even been in. And we managed to swim away at the end, so yeah.

Rikki the Photographer Strikes Again..

We’re at an outdoor pool right now, near a campsite, but nobody’s really there (and either way lots more people are learning we’re mermaids and are shockingly normal about it) and also my camera goes underwater, so have some pictures of Cleo messing around in the pool and not smiling for once.

I don’t know what that red glare is but I managed to get a pretty good picture before the transformation hit.

And then I had to almost get in after her to get this one because she wanted her tail in the picture. I got water on my hands and ended up transforming too. At least the picture came out well

Ok well as I’m posting this Cleo is trying to dry off. I’m already almost human again lol. She got like her whole body wet sooo. Have fun with that Cleo

Okay, so. Something I’ve noticed about Bella is that genuinely, in almost every picture of her through my account, she’s posed almost the exact same. Sometimes she’s even wearing the same outfit. One of my very first posts she’s in a yellow shirt and looking all concerned at the Moon Pool, and in my most recent post it literally looks like the same picture.. I’m actually just realizing this and it’s kinda freaky.

Zane and I are on a date outside near the beach. Yes, in the second picture he’s the one with the green boots. His legs do look really skinny though lol.

I think it’s sweet because you can literally see his mouth moving in the first picture. It makes it much more real and I like that. Not sure why I’m sharing this. But it’s good so far.

Emma can actually sing pretty well! She’ll only practice when we’re in the Mako Island woods, though, because she doesn’t want anyone to hear her. This picture actually came from a video Bella took that I had saved and took screenshots of— yeah, Emma made Bella delete the video. I’m still kind of ticked about that, because she’s pretty good.

I just got back from a date with Zane. Apparently Bella told Cleo that it would be cool if there was a gossip column around here? And now Cleo wants information out of me?

Cleo’s room is usually our base of operations. It’s more cozy than Bella and Emma’s rooms, and cleaner than mine, so it works.

At first I was annoyed today..

But then Cleo reminded me that today’s the last day of school.. and I LOVE summer so much. I can do whatever the heck I want and race Emma to the Moon Pool so many times we might even get sick of it. So, yay
