Personality: Alaeri is basically your laid back hippie type. She promotes peace and love for all things as well as equality. She's an artist who likes to spend most of her time hanging out in the woods by her house.

Her parents are scientists who spend a lot of time away from home, but are still very involved in their daughter's life and she gets along well with them both.

She gets moderately good grades and would probably do better if she applied herself, but it's not really of concern to her. When she graduates, her plans are to back pack across other countries and see as much of the world as she can before she faces reality and goes back to college to try and figure out what she wants to do with her life.

Alaeri hates to see anyone or anything in pain and this is what caused her to become close with Efflie and is rarely seen without her girlfriend. This might make some people think of the two of them as clingy, but that's ok because whatever other people think, it doesn't bother Alaeri in the least.

*Other: Alaeri runs track simply because she is good at it. She's been involved in it since jr high and although she doesn't love it or hate it, she keeps at it just for the sake of doing it.

Likes: Cute clothes, hair accessories, sleeping in late, acting.

Dislikes: Her parents, sports, early mornings, getting dirty.

*Social Group: Other: Loner.

*Club(s): Fashion Club

*Sport(s): None, but ex-pom.

Personality: Most of the time, Efflie comes across as cold,aloof and stuck up. She hates anything that will get her dirty and she doesn't make an effort to be overly nice to anyone.

Efflie also doesn't get along with her mom and step dad. Due to "problems at home" she tried running away at the beginning of summer, only to find she wasn't very good at it. Her family has quite a bit of money, so she's pretty spoiled and kind of bratty and definitely wasn't accustomed to doing for herself.

Although she has a cold exterior, Efflie is just the girl who has been hurt one too many times. She doesn't like getting close to anyone and after she ran away, she completely cut off all of her old friends and old activities, except for fashion club and drama class.

During this time of running away is when she met Alaeri, a laid back girl who would be going into her senior year. It was Alaeri who took Efflie in and cared for her and before too long,the two became inseparable and soon became an item, despite their difference in personalities.

*Other: Efflie is very high strung, high maintenance  and hopes one day to be an actress.

At the sound of Mrik's voice, Rin snapped her head up and looked in the direction. Spotting her friend being dragged around by her little guide-kazeiru, Rin smiled and called out to let Mrik know she was there.

Folding down the corner page of her book, Rin closed it and set it on the ground beside her, holding her hand out to the curious little pet.

"Want to sit with me and just enjoy the solitude?" Rin asked, glancing up at her friend.

OOC Suggestion

What if we had a forum for Neohigh RPs?

Like, each class could have a thread that is run by the teacher, we could have a section for out of class rps and people could make their own threads for those.

Idk, maybe I'm getting to complex with this, but we could keep Tumblr as the students blogs and the updates from the Neohigh mods and whatnot. But if we had a forum for the actual RPs, it might keep things neater and easier for when we have multiple people RPing together instead of reblogs.Like, when we did the big dramatic RP with Pia, Rin, Mara, Mrik and Ren, sometimes people would reblog and post at the same time someone else was, so we had to rectify the RP so that way both posts worked.

Plus, it wouldn't clog dashes.

Idk, just a suggestion?

EDIT: I just wanna clarify that this decision is totally up to the mods, since NeoHigh was their idea, they'd have complete control over the forum and everything like that.

If they wanted help, I'd love to help, but I think there are three NeoHigh mods now, right? I just didn't want anyone to think I'm gonna run off and do this thing without their permission. It's 100% their decision if they want to take this idea and run with it :3

RP-Open?

It was after school hours and most all of the students, if not the faculty had gone home by now. But the weather was beautiful and Rin didn't particularly feel like she needed to be at home, where her parents would urge her to open a book or pick up her violin. Practice, study, practice, study. She just felt like having some down time.

So she decided to park herself beneath a willow tree, her favorite tree in fact, and read for pleasure, for once. It was peaceful. The sun was starting to hang low, the breeze was nice and cool and birds chirped their song as she sat with her legs folded under her, her back against the tree, totally absorbed in her fiction novel.

For once, she was oblivious to the world around her.

Since we're holding elections for Student Council, I'm really nervous about the whole Vice President thing.

Since the plan was to run for VP this year, hopefully get elected and then next year, run for President since Mrik wont be around anymore.

I just hope we get elected.

It's probably lame that I'm actually losing sleep over this whole thing.

Sigh.
