2023 - the Year of Me

So, here we go again…this time i hope to be a little consistent in writing and making this a cross-blog so that this can one day become a website. ( High Hopes )

It’s the 2nd of January today. I was hoping to do a little writing, a little reading and a little more new year resolution-ish kinda things to feel a little better about my self. But…( i like big butts and i cannot lie ) January 1 was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. I did a little bit of drawing as a matter of fact.

Which turned out good i guess.

And i guess a wordpress blog resurrection is a must. Sorry for the delay my readers…

2022

A very personal project to make me a better photographer and gain more confidence. So, here it goes. I will try to take one picture with my camera and post it everyday for the next 365 days. Wish me luck 📷

Yesterday i woke up late with a sense of demotivation to start the year but eventually was able to go out and click a few pictures and that really boasted my morals for the rest of the day. The mental journey of Ups and downs can be very frightening yet beautiful if you include just one tiny bit of spark that you love doing and just breathe and feel a little better.

#11 Mountain Man

Went to the mountains. Well...near to the mountains. Took a few pictures 🎞 Developed the film. Was scared AF if the temperature was right. Did i agitate on time. Did i time it correctly. Results came out good.

9# A Hundred thousand years later. Humanity had already Reset to the stone age and currently is in its new 2020 NE ( Negative Earth ).

A relic is found in the ruins of ancient India. A man covered with a mask and a helmet. Nobody knows why this Era is called NE This picture might just be the first step towards understanding its meaning and what the ancients had left behind...

8# Sound of Silence

Surely, my brain in entering it's reset mode. The amount of broken promises that I get from people is just so weird and sad. When I confront. The tables turn. The confronter becomes confronted. A series of allegations and questions arise. Why didn't you remind me ? Why are you being so immature ? And I get into a standstill. Stunned by by how little I am being thought of. How my past is being scrutinized in such details that even a small strand of improvement or maturity or whatever you call it just resets or atleast for that moment. I start to question myself. Maybe I am overreacting. Maybe they are not in the same place where I am in friendship. Care. Love. I know this. I tell myself to never ever talk to such kind of people. But it's a never-ending battle between me and myself.

#4 Same Man. Different time. Different Masks. Life has become a little annoying and fortunatly not horrifyingly difficult. Annoyance, still being on the lowest level of one of the problems being faced because of this Pandemic still, has an evolutionary trait and will become a sole destructive instrument in self destruction.

#3 Rode this magnificent beauty a few days back and then stopped. It's outside it's rotting away. I hope I ride it again. Maybe today.

#2 Went for a ride with my brother. Took a few pictures of him and the public park ( no public ) and a few driving though a flyover.

#1 Going though this weekend. I'm an emotional mess. But photography and cleaning keeps me sane. Somewhat.
