I just wanted to put this out there, because I saw a reddit post in the PMD subreddit that made me (rationally in my opinion) angry:

Do not let anyone shame you out of creating.

If you are drawing, or creating, or specifically in this case making a PMD fancomic, you are doing more then some bitches that want to complain about whether or not something is(especially free, passion made fandom content) “made poorly”.

It doesn’t matter if you do traditional art, digital art, or you use screenshots of the game.

It doesn’t matter if your OCs look like game accurate copies or if they don’t look anything like the pokemon they are supposed to be.

It doesn’t matter if english is your third or only language and you have typos.

It doesn’t matter if you have 5,000 followers or none.

It doesn’t matter if, god forbid, you use a popular pokemon like riolu (specifically the pokemon the creator of the post was making fun of, which wow its almost like popular pokemon are popular for a reason)

If you are having fun and enjoying what you are creating, fuck anyone who says otherwise!

Comics take HOURS to make. Hundreds to thousands, even. If all you want to do is drag people down for having fun, you are an asshole who needs to find something better to do with your time. Especially frustrating that, while im an adult whos drawn for 10+ years and doesn’t give a shit, there are children and beginner artists who get wildly discouraged by this kind of negativity, even if you aren’t talking directly to them.

Anyway this has been a long winded way to say don’t be a jerk and support your fellow artists. If you also do a PMD comic feel free to drop it in the comments so i can go see them and feel less angry about the world lmao

Apologies that this page was so late. Last week was pretty rough and I struggled to find time to work on the comic. I’m going to try to set aside some time this weekend to get next week’s page done early so I’m back on track. Thank you all for being patient with me!

Potential Liam evolution designs! I didn’t include Sylveon here cuz I ran out of room, and I know reasonably that he wouldn’t evolve into a Jolteon because he’s a strategy guy and wouldn’t have the same type as Everett. I might do those evolutions later for fun, but these seem to legitimately fit him. :)

But just to be clear - I will NEVER respond or DM you if you ask for commissions on my posts, ESPECIALLY on my comic pages.

A little part of me wants to make a PMD Explorers of Sky (or Time/Darkness) contest where I make a wonder mail code and you have to complete it, and the winner gets a fully shaded art piece made by me. I dunno, is that interesting at all? You don’t need to use DS wifi to put in codes, after all. Could be fun. Thoughts?
