So hence food is my way to happiness and i believe it is so for every all of you.
Therefore here i go, to the foodies who cherishes appetite and helps cherishing others apetite...,
Starting from " Bengali to Italian, Indonesian to Balinese, American to English, Chinese to Mughlai, Punjabi to South Indian, Goanese to Assamese" we have hopefully tasted with our tongue the variety of these tastes.
So here i go today with some mughlai dish when "Corona is outside, chicken tandoori inside"....
Happy Quarantine days to all my readers who are spending their time back at home when the country goes locked down, nothing then can be better other than cooking and nourishing the tummy with tasty, spicy, mind enhancing foods and refraining selves from spreading CORONA...
Happy Sunday's goes cooking Chicken Tandooris with utmost tasteful smoky grilled Chickens which makes your mind and you happy and contented.
So let's check out the recipe of this tasty lap, lapaing foodgasm.....
It's very simple to cook with handful of ingredients easily available at your kitchen shelf and takes 2 to 3hours for cooking without even wasting your time...
Here goes the recipe to try out yummylecious, tasty, spicy Chicken Tandoori..
1) Half kg chicken cut into big pieces
2) Add salt and like to the chicken and leave it for 15 minutes
3) Take ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, curd, kashmiri mirch powder and add it to the chicken after 15minutes.
4) leave the chicken for 2 hours so that the masala gets in to the chicken well to taste good and spicy
5) After 2hours put butter on each chicken and grill it on griller.
Before serving add lime again and use coriander, onion and pudina chutney to serve well.
