it was so much simpler a few yesrs ago when i lost like 40 lbs in 2 months and walked on campus everywhere and only ate like, a salad, every day and i didnt have a period for over a year and i just? hate mys3lf i dont know how to fix myself i dont know how to make myself stop eating i just eant to etop estong
