Buki's eyes lit up. "Coffee. And maybe a snack from the cafe Shira works at. She makes the best things." His smile only grew wider at the mention of the biggest holiday of the year. "Yeah Christmas can get pretty crazy. Especially with my dad having to do a lot of campaigning around the holidays. Which means more functions I have to attend as well. But I always find time to spend it with the people who matter too." Now he just laughed out right. "Swim? You could say I swim pretty well, being on the school team and all." He gave a sheepish smile and shrug of his shoulders. "Actually one reason I've learned to swim so well is because when I was 3 I fell into a pool and almost drowned. Since then I was determined to learn and eventually it became one of my favorite pass times."

Alright got a start on the second series of sweaters! I’m doing Sweater Belles in honor of Andrew Belle (I swear I tried to find something else and I know the name is super duper cheesy but oh man I promise to make these as cool as I can). My goal is to get two more parts done before school starts on the 28th so we’ll just have to see how that goes.

Anyways, I’ll break down my thoughts on each of the characters.

If I remember right, Etoile is supposed to be a crafty little seamstress so my brain wanted to do something more fancy. After all, she is the elegant wanderer! So I made hers more form fitting and gave it some length (and spahkles aw yis). I imagine she’d look super spiffy wearing this as a short dress with leggings as well if she wanted.

After reading the drabble between her and College!au Buki about covering her scars in the heat, I just REALLY wanted to make sure I drew her in something that wouldn’t easily overheat her. Asha’s wearing something with a wider cut at the neck to help offset the scarf around her neck in case it’s too warm out. The sleeves are also cut about midway and loose to help make it more breezy.

She looks so young oh man…but Shira seems so easy going that I didn’t think she’d mind. Something simple and extra cozy to get comfortable in. I kept thinking on her and the rest of her dynamic trio chilling in someone’s dorm on a lazy saturday eating Shira’s cupcakes and watching Hulu or something. Probably a little thick for colder temps, but super snuggly.

I’d like to think this is a sweater she stole from Neph’s closet. It now smells of fabric softener and something sweet and in certain lights you can notice some sort of glitter she’s gotten on it. Soft and warm on the inside, and just a little big, it’s nice for cold weather or naps in the chilly library. Neph’s name may or may not be on the tag.

I’m hoping to start Part 2 tomorrow night if I’m lucky. Hope you’ve been enjoying the pics and silly head canons so far~

Picked a few more boys at random for part 2 of the sweater project. This batch was a lot of fun and I was able to put a little more thought into it which makes me wanna go in and adjust part one a bit before I hop onto part 3.

Mara’s sporting a long sleeve shirt instead of a sweater. I’d like to think he’s nuzzling it because it was something he just pulled out of the dryer and it’s nice and warm and smells like his favorite fabric softener or something…The sleeves are also a bit too long for him and can fall past his fingers when his hands are down.

Aiden’s sporting a thicker sweater so he has something nice and warm to go to school in! Also he’s copying Mara because he’s surrounded by the big boys and I thought it’d be cute if he tried to act like them Q u Q

Buki’s so chill I’d like to think he’s got that one sweater that he’s had for years that’s just wearing down on him now. Kinda thin but does the trick when you’re too lazy to turn down your AC.

Neph is secretly looking for the exit. Unlike buki, his sweater is self torn to match the text. The sleeve was also rolled up to keep it from getting caught on his spikey bracelet as he worked at his computer.

EDIT: Forgot to put Neph’s name by him. It’s fixed now~

(( so I guess I want to apologize for my sudden unexpected hiatus. I really hate how sparse I've been around here lately but my job has been making it increasingly difficult to find time to sit down and RP. I work as a full time groomer now and I'm working pretty much 6-7 days straight ( almost always weekends ) and when I do get some time off I'm just so tired. I don't want to sound like I'm whining or trying to make excuses, and there's no way I'm saying I'm giving up on this blog, I just feel like I owe some sort of explanation. I'm gonna work on being better about replies and I miss you guys a whole bunch. I love this community too much! <3 thanks for listening sorry xD ))
