We are heartbroken to share the tragic news of the death of Jonathan Joss—beloved actor, artist, and gay icon—who was fatally shot on June 1, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. He was 59 years old. Authorities are investigating the possibility of a hate crime.
Jonathan, of Comanche and White Mountain Apache heritage, rose to fame as the voice of John Redcorn on King of the Hill and appeared in acclaimed films such as The Magnificent Seven and True Grit. Beyond his screen work, he was a tireless advocate for Native sovereignty, queer visibility, and authentic representation.
In recent years, Jonathan came out publicly as a gay man and remained fiercely proud of both his Indigenous and queer identities. He is survived by his husband, Tristan Kern de Gonzales, with whom he shared a life rooted in love, art, and community.
Jonathan’s legacy is one of courage, truth, and unapologetic presence. His impact on two-spirit and LGBTQ+ Indigenous youth—and on all of us who saw ourselves in his work—cannot be overstated.
We mourn his loss. We honor his voice. We demand justice. Rest in power, Jonathan Joss. You are remembered. You are loved.

We should be able to sue these companies for putting profits above lives. They directly interfere with our ability to pursue life, liberty, and happiness.
I had a vision over a decade ago of the people rising up specifically against corporate leaders. I don't condone death, but I do condone action and instilling fear which can be helpful in enforcing positive change. They can still profit without being ethically terrible. They can.
“One medical doctor, whose identity the Daily Beast confirmed, commented with sympathy for Thompson’s family and said the killer should be charged with murder, but then wondered about the damage the CEO had done. “I cannot even guess how many person-years UHC has taken from patients and their families through denials,” they wrote. “It has to be on the order of millions. His death won’t make that better, but it’s hard for me to sympathize when so many people have suffered because of his company.” “What has bothered me the most is people that put «fiduciary responsibility» (eg profits) above human lives, none more so than this company as run by him,“ wrote another medical doctor, who also spoke to the Daily Beast to confirm their identity. “When other’s human lives are deemed worthless, it is not surprising to have others view your life of no value as well.””

I hate these kind of posts but they have to happen sometimes…
We have some stalkers on our hands. Bianca’s ex, Josh Green (insta in_a_pickle_666) and his wife Felicia Batten (insta dogthing2) have apparently been stalking Bianca's hangout spots, taking photos there, and even renting garage space near our home. Felicia, as an apparent “event coordinator” has been systematically blocking Bianca from restaurants and venues on social media (without the permission of the venue: Time, Heritage, Bolt Bar),while spreading lies, and trying to get her banned in-person…. Just so you know this guy Josh was abusive, narcissistic, and even HID A CAMERA IN BIANCA'S HOME after they broke up in order to spy on her. He wants control, and he will do anything and manipulate anyone to keep it (including lying to his current wife about his past). He could literally go to jail if he doesn't stop (the judge asked to keep those camera records), but they're bold and “popular”. Please, friends and family, make sure these people or their connections aren't following you in order to keep an eye on Bianca and I. And, if you know them, now you know who they really are.

This is real. It happens. It happened to my father. It can spread if we help it along. Don't give up on them.

The names of the Club Q victims are out. Let’s pay our respects to each of them and celebrate their lives.
Tumblr media
Daniel Davis Aston, 28
Daniel was a bartender at Club Q. An outspoken trans man, he continuously helped raise donations for Black trans people on his Instagram. He was “the light in every room” according to his close friend.
Tumblr media
Raymond Green
Raymond was celebrating his friend’s birthday when the shots broke out. His friend Rich apprehended the shooter as he died. After his death, his girlfriend posted on Facebook, “u are my home. my heart. my everything. u changed my life. u made life worth living.”
Tumblr media
Kelly Loving, 40
After moving from Florida, Kelly was new to the Colorado scene. A nurturing soul, she was “like a trans mother” to her friends. “She was loving, always trying to help the next person out instead of thinking of herself. She just was a caring person,” her sister told the New York Times.
Tumblr media
Ashley Paugh, 35
Ashley and her friends decided to go to Club Q after spending time shopping and getting dinner together. She was a family woman and “lived for her daughter” according to her sister. She is survived by her husband and 11-year-old child.
Tumblr media
Derrick Rump, 38
Always bubbly and joking, Derrick had no shortage of friends in the community. He was a part owner of Club Q. “He was a kind loving person who had a heart of gold,” his mother told reporters. “He was always there for my daughter and myself when we needed him also his friends from Colorado which he would say was his family also. He was living his dream and he would have wanted everyone to do the same.”
Colorado Gives is the official donation site for the survivors and victims’ families. Please donate if you can!
