I think I've finally figured out my father's communication style when it comes to things he doesn't like around the house

I know the bathroom could get cleaned more often and it's in a pretty bad state again, and the toilet paper stash needed to get restocked again.

to signal that, he put the new packet of toilet paper infront of the bathroom door, and inside the bathroom he put the spare toilet paper holder thingy right infront of the toilet.

he also left the shower drain uncovered to signal that someone needs to clean out the accumulated gunk

I planned to clean the bathroom today anyway, since I have a day off work and actually feel like i have the physical energy to do so, but if he's so adamant about it, I'll be extra meticulous, do as much of a deep clean as I can

despite feeling like I extra don't wanna clean anything just to spite him for the petulant and childish way he signalled his displeasure about the state of the bathroom....

but im a grown up and won't be affected by his insane ways of communicating ✌

wondering about the prophetic dreams I keep having where others are pushing me to tell them what I plan to do in the next 5 years, career wise. the first couple times I felt cornered and small and didn't fight back, but this time I actually yelled back that I'm still trying to figure out how to handle life and staying alive while working a relatively easy minimum wage part time job lmao and how I haven't drawn anything in weeks, how I haven't really found much time (or energy) to do all the things I want to do, how I simply have no physical or mental energy to look for better paying jobs, or look into options to further my education or what have you.

I swear once I get back to regular B12 injections and my energy levels mysteriously go back up and I can get a handle on my life fr I'm gonna be so pissed at my last doctor and at everyone who kept pushing me to do things beyond my physical limitations because they were convinced it was "all just anxiety and depression that needed to be overcome with working a job and/or simply moving out from home" :^) (literally what my doctor told me lmao)

also need to ask one of the nurses at the practice what exactly happened to my last doctor. I've been assigned to another doctor in the practice, who's taking me way more seriously thank fuck!, and so far I do know that my old doctor has been sick for the past 2 years??? and she's been sick for some stretches of time while I was in her care as well. I fear I might've broken her with my stupid problems that she couldn't solve lol

anyway. gonna go back on Monday next week to get my first B12 shot and then I hope I'll improve, energy and pain wise 🙏

it's just very mysterious that my b12 levels were stable for 2 years after the first round of injections and then, after stopping them as requested/suggested by my last doctor, they're back below the lowest threshold again... body why are you like this lol

I might call up the dermatology practice to ask for a print out of my blood test results from a couple months back to see if there's a noticeable decline in my levels...

so far all I know is my levels were in the green back when I had my last test at my doctor's in 2022, and my dermatologist didn't say anything about my results when I got my blood tested with them back in 2023 and 2024 🤔

if there's actually a gradual decline from 300 to 195 I'll have a little laugh, as a treat. because of course no one would notice anything. because they only looked at the levels in isolation, unable to notice a pattern, without the bigger picture as reference. 😮‍💨

advocating for oneself and one's health and managing the communications and exchange of info and findings between doctors is a fucking nightmare, even in countries like Germany where the healthcare system is pretty humane compared to other places... still not perfect or easy to navigate tho lmao
