my new internet home is ready!

i finished setting up my new blog :D (i think, anyway!) i’m gonna start following people tonight AND posting tonight, there isn’t anything on there really except my own reblogged downloads :x

it’ll be mostly the same type of posts- gameplay, portraits, downloads, etc., just under a new name. now that i’m doing this i feel kind of sad leaving this blog behind, but i’m also very excited to start fresh…i think it’s overdue :’]

New things ahead!

I’ve been working on starting completely over with a new blog and everything, I have seen a few people do it and I really liked the idea! This blog is 5 years old (thanks for letting me know, Tumblr) and is definitely messy, so I’m trying to be as organized as possible with this new blog and it’s been taking forever getting everything set up just so (which is why I haven’t been posting!). This is also the time for me to say that I’m not bringing any of my current families to the new blog, so I’m going to end both the Otts and the Ryders. It was kind of a difficult decision, especially with the Otts because I’ve been playing them for so long and I’m so close to finishing but they’ve grown to be kind of dull to me and I don’t find myself wanting to open their save anymore. I’m going to leave this blog up even when I’ve got the new blog up and running and try to figure out what I want to do with it…the new blog should be up very soon and I’ll make a post about it once it’s totally finished!

1. Thank you!! :D It’s no trouble at all- here’s her CC list (skin is my default found on my resources page, eyebrows are base game): Eyes - Hair - Eyeliner - Lips - Eyeshadow (I think! I know it’s from crazycupcake but I’m not sure which one it is! I do recommend downloading all their makeup sets though, i use them a lot!) - Waterliner - Eyelashes - Nosemask - Top - Leggings - Boots I think that’s it! Except I can’t find her earrings for the life of me and the package is merged in my game D: Also, I only set everyday outfits for sims I put up for dl so I have no idea what she’s wearing for any other category.

i’m...kind of excited for this EP? it doesn’t really fit my play style but eh, i’m gonna buy it anyway. it could be fun, i won’t knock it until i play it. i’m happy they’re adding karaoke again :3

i will say this, though: if the apartments are like the apartments in ts3, i will be very disappointed. ts2 apartments were cute, so hopefully they’ll be similar to those ones!

More Harry Potter themed stuff bc why not? These hoodies are on a base game mesh, and it’s under the masculine clothing category. The Ravenclaw hoodie has 2 options- blue & bronze and blue & silver (why the movies changed the house colors is something I will never understand). I wasn’t sure which one people preferred so I just put both in there!

Well here they are! I meant to upload these ages ago but better late than never ;] There is only one file, you’ll find it under the masculine clothing options. These are on a base game mesh so nothing is required for them to show up! They are a separate file from the original so they will show up on their own.

1. No worries, nobody has asked about them yet! The uniforms were a recolor I made specifically for that post and I planned on uploading them but I kept getting sidetracked! Honestly, I forgot all about them, but now that you’ve brought it up, I’ll get them uploaded very soon :D

4. Thanks so much! I’m really obsessive when it comes to sim noses so that’s nice to hear hahaha. I’m not sure how I can really explain how I do it. I’ve been thinking about uploading a CAS video one of these days but in the meantime I will say that these nosemasks are used on about 90% of my sims and they help a lot when I’m looking to make a unique nose :D

This week has been nutty and I know I have some asks to answer and I will get to them I swear! We were short staffed allllll week so I have been mostly working and I've been on my big brother blog a lot so there's the excuse :x In unrelated news my pokemon go account reset itself with the update and I'm very sad...but on the plus side I got pikachu as my starter and I can join instinct this time around like I should have done to begin with ^^
