I've been rotating this idea in my head for a bit now, and it's the fact that, according to TOS Spock and subsequently all Vulcans, don't seem to sweat. But it doesn't make any sense to me at all because then how do they thermoregulate? Do they pant like dogs? That's even worse than being sweaty.

But if we think about it, Vulcans are often referred to as being "cat like" and theorised to be descents of feline creatures. So it could be possible that they have the same cooling mechanism as cats! Cats certainly don't seem like they sweat to cool down, but they actually do! Cats sweat through their paws and noses, so it isn't very obvious to us.

And I think it would be very funny if Vulcans only sweat through their hands/feet, but since their face don't get sweaty, they just pretend to not sweat at all to keep up the cool Vulcan image. And since Vulcans don't like touching hands, you'd never know if they got clammy sweaty hands. It would also fit well to the image of Vulcans never telling us shit

Cats also expell heat through their ears as they have so many blood vessels there, so I would like to think Vulcans do that too. So if the temperature is too hot, their ears would flush green. It would be so adorable if Vulcan ears were cat-like enough that it could rotate and perk up like cats.
