i've been thinking more about the end of voyager since i saw it last night, i'm just really disappointed because this was the goal for SEVEN SEASONS since the very first episode..and when we last see them they're not even on earth they're still in space they haven't even TRULY gotten home yet, and then going from voyager they didn't even continue on the timeline they jumped back like 200 years to enterprise and really, they didn't pick the main timeline back up until..what? picard? lower decks? (not counting nemesis) either way it took them 20 years. it's all so fucked

and can i take a moment to speak about seven and chakotay. can someone please make it make sense to me. in what fucking world are they into each other..and it just came out of NOWHERE. like 7 episodes before the end of the show they just introduce this idea that seven has a crush on chakotay..and then they just start going on dates? where was this interest before? am i fucking stupid was i not picking up on things..? even when they were together it just made me uncomfortable because they just don't compliment each other..AT ALL. at least with bashir and ezri i was able to identify why i thought they didn't work well together but with seven and chakotay i can't even verbalize it because it's just such a random fucking pairing i don't even understand how anyone thought of this in the first place..and it's CANON. get out of my FACE. god just fucking put me down NOW i can't keep DOING THIS!!!

well. i just finished voyager. the ending was not as satisfying and i would've liked..especially after how well done the ds9 finale was. like story wise it was good i liked it but it's just like woah we're home now. cool i guess. roll the credits boys. like ok what if i wanted a little more than that maybe. idk
