Guys beware of Vodafone. Its totally pathetic mobile company recently got two postpaid numbers it's not even a month. I had a very old postpaid number l was using for last 15yrs got it from vodaphone Mumbai in 2007 which l ported to Dehradun when l moved back to Dehradun. But l ported it to Airtel because of slow speed. I was not using it because l was kidnapped by some crooks from my residence. After l managed to get out of that place. Airtel was still generating huge bills although my service's were immediately barded due to non payment of bills. Airtel didn't want to show the Losses on their balance sheet they ported it back to Vodaphone Dehradun but Dehradun branch didn't want to show the Losses on their balance sheet so they ported it back to Mumbai. When I visited Airtel they told me the number is ported to VI l appoched their store next door. Then I came to know the whole story. l wanted the same number didn't get it and after harassing me the whole day doing the kyc and only solution had to get a new number l opted for family plan. got two Postpaid Numbers . Some how got it active with very slow speed data had to get Airtel Broadband. Some how was managing at least l could make ISD calls. Now Last night they stopped my outgoing and data services on my primary Number saying due to some verification not done.Although I gave them my aadhar and voter ID at their store. Thank God have my other number still active. But my main number linked every where with G Pay for Buisness and my Current Account is not active. Would recommend everyone to stay away from VI ( Vodaphone India). 馃憥. Not sure if ISD is active on my second number.
