Sometimes I think I’m worthless Sometimes I think I’m stupid Sometimes I hate myself I hate how my brain works I over analyze everything, take everything to heart. Sometimes my depression gets to me Sometimes I let the thoughts creep up into my head and let them take over But I’m not doing intentionally It just happens and I can’t control it I have so many things to be thankful for I have a loving boyfriend who understands my depression I have a daughter that is amazing And I have three step kids that are my world Things are going good and all I can do is cry My brain tells me that I’m worthless, I’m stupid, I should just disappear But I fight it everyday Depression doesn’t mean your weak Your brain just sees the world differently I have depression and I am a fighter
