Going through the Design thinking process was like engaging in an open ended discussion. Every group member contributed many different ideas without interfering in each others’ thought processes.
I enjoyed how the design thinking process allowed for many different inputs to be put on paper. A single person wouldn't even be able to create that many ideas in a limited period of time.
Sometimes we got caught up in one particular group member’s broad idea, and had a hard time breaking free of the filter we created for ourselves. In our case, or group had a tendency to lean towards “banana” themed ideas.

nextNow Reflection
1) The Liner Notes’ event was the first time I’ve seen a live performance that blended together different musical samples and poetry. It was great seeing people of all different ages being able to relate to iconic music
2) The Liner Notes were personally my favorite NextNow event, because they provided many different musical samples, and provided context for each of the samples they covered.
3) The chalk riot exhibition related directly to the art scholars theme of "adaptation: reimagine, reframe, recycle." The artist used reclaimed card board as a medium for their chalk drawing

Chalk riot
This is the first time I've seen an indoor chalk exhibition, done on a separate medium other than the ground. This artwork is particularly relevant because it features Reggie Watts who performed at College Park on Friday, September 11th.

Liner Notes
The Liner Notes combined many great artists including a personal favorite of mine "A tribe called quest." This performance combined poetry with live music and was a great time
