Whenever I worry so much or overthink about anything, that means I've yielded to those thoughts by trusting my feelings. But if I yield to Jesus thoughts of praise and worship as soon as I realize I'm stressed out, I successfully change my state from negative to positive because in Jesus' name my faith destroys my fears.
