Awesome gym session on this Thursday morning, and a few selfies for you as well. The weekend is almost upon us, and so is tomorrow, when the new iPhone Xs becomes available. I’m going to the Robina Apple store tomorrow afternoon to hopefully get mine (assuming they have stock - not going to pre-order like last time, pre-ordered, paid,and when it came to pick-up time, they had no stock, and had to wait 3 weeks so I got a credit and ordered one on a plan through Vodafone). Back into it, after a 2 week break thanks to injuries sustained as a result of hanging around complete losers such as Monique Swift. If you want to get somewhere in life, get alcoholics and aggressive drug users out of your life, and keep your body clean. Beware of people like Monique who have many plans, visions and goals, but no action and no follow-through. My shoulder woes are affecting lateral / rotator cuff dependent motions, as you can see from my Gymhero workout log, it’s affecting my bench presses, lateral raises and to a lesser extent tricep extensions, which also stress the rotator cuff. No real dramas with Pec Dec and Lat Pulldowns, thank goodness, so back on track.
