After a damp cold Cervelo commute loop all I wanted was my green tea. Took a hour to find my thermos. All is now ok.

Beautiful week of riding. Rest day tomorrow after a 450km week with TONS of climbing. One of my favourite rest spots overlooking the Ganaraska river.
