Hey Tumblr. Yo, I know we hooked a few times this past week. It was fun, I had a good time. But, i have to be real with you. I'm not a young stallion anymore. Hi Tumblr community! In my YouTube universe, this video of mine seems to be getting some likes, so I thought I'd share it here. As much as I appreciate my YouTube community, I do hope to grow my tumblr family, because I feel like there are more artistic types, here. I'm totally and artsy person, but I feel like I have to reel it in a lot for society. I'm looking forward to potentially expressing myself more on this platform! I think why this video is doing well in YouTube land is because I'm using a side kick, which is a very common technique across almost all martial arts styles. It is very rare to see a weapon manipulated by that kick.

This is a lead elbow wrap and shot. For me, it's important to feel the dart penetrate an object. Not because I'm trying to be violent at all, but because I can move the energy more efficiently and honestly in the way it was intended. I approach Rope Dart in the way folks approach archery. Meditative target practice. The nice thing is I don't have to reload! It's beautiful, circular, relaxed power.
