      I think the heat’s had me a little under the weather. Perhaps I should invest in lighter armor until it’s not as hot.

       Gods, does your bed only have wrong sides? I’m not going to kick you-- unless provoked, that is.

         ´ i’m aware of that– but i think it’d be pretty hard to eat something that tries to cut off your tongue or similar; even for a wyvern such as minerva. ´

       I’m certain it was just an accident, right my little Minerva? [A pout forms on the rider’s lips as she strokes the attacker in question. The winged reptile usually preferred her touch so it didn’t surprise her that she snapped at the male. Although, it would have helped if the swordsman had just come to her first if he really wanted to get close to the temperamental beast. However, that seemed almost impossible with his fear of talking to women so Cherche could let it go.]

       I know you have a hard time around the opposite sex, but I’m not sure you’d want Minerva to be your first step. She can be a little... bite-y as you discovered.

And maybe it had just been his fault but not entirely for actually wanting to move in and pet the overgrown Lizard. The wyvern  always had a special place in his heart and coming up close  with one had brought his hand out unconsciously to try and pat it. Clearly he was in the wrong for doing so so soon or without  asking for permission – He wouldn’t have liked it if some random figure were to come out and pet him either – But the shock of  having almost been mutilated translated itself into IRRITATION.  Oops.
