略奪された花嫁 chapter 4 on Ebook Japan (Free for 24 hours of my first click)

Is it weird that I'm just... Begging him in my mind to realize she's afraid and say something comforting?

Like... He recognizes what he's done. He even says at one point he expected her to be crying that she wants to go home, so... He knows that she at least SHOULD be scared, and she is, he's just not understanding it how she's expressing it.

It's okay, I'm not going to hurt you, you're going to have a good life with me, etc, things he should be saying!

He's being a bonehead. I feel like he cares, though. Ugh. Where is this going...? I'm afraid I'll have to stop posting about this one if it turns super dirty, hahaha.

At first I thought it was a gendered language or polite vs. casual thing, but after going through a lot of Youglish videos, I saw all types of people using both pronunciations.

「梅・桜・桃」の違い、わかりますか？

地震 (じしん) related words

April has been full of earthquakes in Taiwan.

In the past two days there's been so many earthquakes 🥺 I wanted to talk to my teacher about it, so here's the list of words I've collected.

震度 (しんど) - seismic intensity 震度5強 (きょう) の地震があった。 There was an earthquake with a seismic intensity of strong 5.

余震 (よしん) - aftershock 大きな地震の後に何度も余震が続いた (つずいた)。 After the big earthquake, there were many aftershocks.

断層 (だんそう) - fault (geology) その地域 (ちいき) は複数 (ふくすう) の断層が存在 (そんざい) している。 There are multiple faults in that area.
