((My mood while I’m writing the first chapter of Dance of the Black Swan:

Tsubasa’s a hopeless romantic so I expected her to bring up her crush a lot but I wasn’t expecting her to bring it up as often as she does dear god. She’s derailed the general plot because she’s worrying about him after he got rejected the previous day. I control the broad strokes so she can’t take things off the rails too much tho.

She still needs to go to horny jail.))

🎏 Is there a difference between rp and general fandom for you? Any notable differences between rp and IRL?

((Honestly, it feels like things like headcanons are far more common in RP. Also, there’s less of a general regard for “canon” in RP. Seriously, tumblr rpers have pretty much set “canon” on fire before shooting it in the face.

Can’t think of any differences between rp and irl that aren’t completely obvious rn tho ^^;;))

❤️ What are Likes to you? Do they make your day, give you a sensible chuckle? Do different posts liked feel different? What do you mean when you give a like?

((When I like an ooc post, it’s usually a sign that I’ve read it and that I give support and such.

When I like an ic post, it’s usually a funny shenanigans post or an indication that I’ve seen a starter aimed at me.

As for receiving likes, I really like seeing that notification. It just lets me know that that someone has read my post and they probably don’t hate it. Granted, I will post regardless of whoever reads it but it’s nice not to feel like I’m shouting into the void sometimes.))

((I think a nice, familiar part of my dash are the shenanigans that go on between muses outside of threads. Banter is just fun when you don’t feel like doing any long-form writing, you know?

When it comes to the blog, I would have to say Tsubasa. This is the tenth year of her existence so I’ve been writing her a long time. She’s changed a lot over that time and while some of my writing decisions in the early days were questionable at best, I think I’ve gotten a good grip on who she is now. I could really talk forever about my OCs in general ngl—))
