*lucifer is touch-starved but he’s not stupid, I think he would know if/when Alastor is putting up an act. Not only that Vaggie, husk, and Angel would be suspicious as well, given the type of character Alastor is. One day you’re throwing insults and jabs at the guy you dislike the next you’re being chivalrous and charming. Yeah something’s up*

Charlie: “I can’t believe this”

Lucifer: “I know it’s shocking and I just want to say, that the process leading up to it. Was completely yours and Alastor’s fault”

Charlie: “what?!”

Alastor: “Excuse me?!”

Lucifer: *points to Charlie* you kept insisting we spend time together and even kept pairing us up for activities. *points to Alastor* and you kept going out of your way to bother me anytime I wanted to be left alone

Charlie: “I just wanted you two to be friends!”

Alastor: “I just wanted to be a nuisance”

Lucifer: “well it backfired on both you”

- I love how Charlie is totally caught off guard when she discovers her dad’s relationship with Alastor—but honestly, if you keep making two people spend so much time together, something was bound to develop eventually.

Charlie: “Dad have you seen Alastor around?”

Lucifer: “Hmm?…oh yes, your little bellhop was starting to get fussy so I sent him away to his room.”

*loud banging noises can be heard*

Vaggie: “The hell is that?”

Lucifer: “That would be him, he’s been trying to get out of his room for the past hour”

Headcanon: since lucifer isn’t intimated by Alastor and he’s older than everyone in the hotel, sometimes when Alastor goes all eldritch horror Lucifer sees it as him throwing a tantrum.

Anytime I see Viv reposting Lucilith fanart. It reminds me that their love might still be strong—it gives me a sense of hope for them.

Imagine-

Alastor figures he can take advantage of Lucifer’s lack of physical affection, hoping to manipulate him through calculated touches and flirtation. But the plan backfires—Lucifer doesn’t blush or stumble over his words. Instead, he just gives Alastor a perplexed or slightly irritated stare.

To top it off, Lucifer ends up thinking Alastor might actually have romantic feelings for him. The catch? He doesn’t feel the same way and isn’t even remotely interested in him like that.

Soon, others around the hotel start to believe the same thing and feel a bit sorry for Alastor. After all, being turned down is bad enough—getting turned down by the king of Hell? Brutal.

And then there’s Alastor, completely fed up. Not only is his plan failing miserably, but now he’s stuck with awkward, pitying looks from everyone around him—which just makes his mood worse.

Lucifer strode toward the couch, eyes fixed on his wife, ready to take his rightful place by her side—only to freeze as Alastor slid in beside her, wearing a smug, defiant grin. Their eyes locked in tense silence, the air practically crackling with challenge. But before either could speak, Lilith—calm, composed, and unbothered—raised a hand and struck Alastor sharply on the back of the head. The force sent him toppling off the couch, pride and all.

Lilith (coolly): “Oh, forgive me, dear. You had something clinging to you.”

Alastor (gritting his teeth): “And what, exactly, was it?”

Lilith (with icy grace): “Audacity.”

Alastor: “Angel”

Angel: “yeah”

Alastor: “Vaggie knows about us”

*gestures between him and Lucifer*

Angel: “well I didn’t tell them”

Lucifer: “Them?! who’s them?!”

Angel: “uhh..Vaggie and Angel”

Lucifer: “Angel”

Angel: “and Niffty”

*after Lucifer found out about Charlie’s deal with Alastor*

Lucifer: “I am at a loss for words”

Charlie: “despite being lost for words, my dad yelled at me for the next 45 minutes”

- Whether it’s for a soul or something as small as a favor, I see Lucifer treating deals with the utmost seriousness. As the Devil and the original deal-maker, he knows that every word matters. Charlie’s agreement with Alastor was open-ended, and while Lucifer would no doubt be furious with Alastor for taking advantage of his daughter’s vulnerable state, he likely wouldn’t be surprised—it’s in Alastor’s nature. Instead, I imagine Lucifer being more disappointed in Charlie than angry. He’d probably give her a stern lecture about the dangers of making deals, especially when you’re desperate. With exterminations starting earlier than expected and Alastor holding key information on how to stop the Exorcists, Charlie felt trapped and acted out of desperation. That’s when she made the deal—a risky move her father would see as a serious mistake.

Charlie: "Alastor, you shouldn't have kept your injury from us. We could have helped you."

Alastor: 'Your concern is appreciated, my dear, but I had it all under control."

Charlie: "I know you don't like asking for help, but we're like a family in this hotel, and we all care about you....Right, guys?"

*awkward silence*

Charlie: "Dad?...Vaggie?"

*reluctant mumbling*

Vaggie: "......fine....."

Lucifer: "......sure...."

Happy Birthday, Angel!

 Imagine this: 

No one at the hotel had a clue it was Angel’s birthday—until Lucifer casually walked up, handed him a rubber duck that looked just like himself, and wished him a happy birthday. That’s when chaos erupted. Charlie, completely unaware up until that moment, panicked and immediately insisted they throw a celebration.

Determined to make it special, she rallied everyone to set up a party. While the others decorated the hotel, cooked Angel’s favorite dishes, and baked his favorite desserts, Lucifer took Angel and Cherri on a shopping trip to the Lust Ring. While exploring, Angel had an unexpected but thrilling encounter with his idol, Asmodeus.

By the time they returned, the hotel had been transformed, ready for a full-blown celebration. Angel partied with his friends, excitedly sharing stories of his adventure in Lust. As the night went on, Charlie gave a heartfelt speech about how much he meant to everyone. The night became even more memorable when Husk surprised Angel with a kiss.

But the best moment of all? Lucifer arranged a video call with Angel’s twin sister, Molly, in Heaven—an unexpected gift that made the whole celebration truly unforgettable.

(side note: Lucifer knew it was Angel's birthday because, whenever a new soul arrives in Hell, he automatically receives a file on them. The file contains key details, including their birth date, the date of their death, and the reasons they ended up in Hell. )

Alastor: “Poor Charlie was beside herself without her dear father around. Lucky for her, I was there to fill the void—like the father figure she so desperately needed.”

Lucifer: “Hmm… I imagine your mother felt a similar pain when she realized her beloved son would never stand by her side in Heaven. Poor woman must blame herself for your fate down here. But don’t worry, I’m sure she’s found a sweet little angel to cherish—something to ease the void you left behind.”

- If Alastor can use Charlie to get under Lucifer’s skin, then why can’t Lucifer do the same with Alastor using his mother?

Alastor uses Lucifer as an armrest. How does Lucifer get him to stop? By ripping off his arm.

Charlie: “I can’t believe you were an angel this whole time. You said you were a sinner”

Vaggie: “technically you assumed I was a sinner. I just never corrected you”

Charlie: “you lied to me!”

Vaggie: “No, I just withheld information!”

What if…

Alastor develops feelings for Lucifer and repeatedly tries to pursue him, only to face rejection each time. Frustrated by Lucifer’s constant refusal, Alastor finally demands to know why, even bitterly questioning whether he’s simply unworthy of the King of Hell as just another lowly sinner.

Lucifer, however, reveals the real reason—he doesn’t believe Alastor’s feelings are genuine. To him, this is just another one of Alastor’s twisted games. Not only that but Alastor has spent countless moments mocking him, calling him pathetic, bringing up his neglect with Charlie every chance he got and other insecurities. Those words left their mark, and now, no matter how sincere Alastor claims to be, Lucifer cannot and will not believe him. The damage is done, and no amount of persistence will change that.

-The reality in some cases is if you spend too long tearing someone down, you can’t expect them to suddenly trust you when you decide to change. Apologies and persistence aren’t always enough. Some damage is permanent, and people have every right to protect themselves from someone who has hurt them before.

It also highlights another reality—love isn’t just about feelings; it’s about trust. If someone doesn’t feel safe or respected in a relationship, no amount of affection can override that.-

Lucifer: “…Oops.”

Charlie: “Dad!”

Lucifer: “What?! This is Hell. The bellhop should know better than to sneak up on someone.”

Angel: *snapping pictures of Alastor* “He’s not wrong” *grins as he sends the photos to Cherri*

Charlie: “Okay, but did you really have to knock him out?”

Lucifer: “Charlie, sweetheart, be grateful I didn’t hit him with angelic power. He’ll be fine—though he’s in for one hell of a headache.”

Charlie: *sighs* “Should we wake him up?”

Husk: “Nah, let’s just enjoy this beautiful moment”

Lucilith Headcanons

- Lucifer and Lilith are both unapologetic flirts, much to the horror of the hotel residents, who can barely tolerate their antics. Yet, despite their usual confidence, they still have a way of catching each other off guard and leaving one another flustered

- They love performing as a duo—Lucifer plays an instrument while Lilith enchants the room with her voice.

- It’s an unspoken rule that neither of them can leave the room without giving the other a quick kiss on the cheek or forehead.

- They have affectionate pet names for each other—Lucifer calls Lilith his “Dark Rose,” while Lilith lovingly refers to Lucifer as her “Fallen Star.

- Rather than using their full names, they stick to Luci, Lulu, Lily, or Lil when talking to each other. However, they’re very particular about who gets to use these nicknames—only the Sins have that privilege.

- They are fiercely protective of one another and won’t hesitate to threaten any demon who so much as looks at their partner the wrong way.

- they both can’t sleep without the other, they both suffered through insomnia for the seven year separation, when they reunited they finally had a good night sleep.

- They write love letters to each other, and will hide them around the hotel or palace for the other person to find

- They’ll carry each other to bed if one of them falls asleep on the couch

- Lucifer had a favorite blanket adorned with yellow ducks that he loved sleeping with. Strangely enough, it disappeared on the very same day Lilith left for Heaven

- They hardly ever fight; at most, they have minor disagreements, but they never let them spiral into full-blown arguments.

- Both of them can be incredibly clingy—Lilith often carries Lucifer around like a cherished teddy bear, while Lucifer latches onto her like a koala, refusing to let go

When Alastor attempts to threaten Lucifer, he intends to be menacing, but his choice of words unintentionally takes on a suggestive edge.

“I’m going to break you.”

“By the time I’m done, you’ll be shaking.”

“You’ll be begging me to stop before I’m finished.”

“I can be rough, or I can be gentle—it’s your call.”

Lucifer is left bewildered, while everyone else grows increasingly uncomfortable. Oblivious to how awkward it sounds, Alastor continues undeterred. They try to brush it off, but Charlie, reaching her limit, finally snaps. Yanking Lucifer behind her, she shouts, “Stop trying to seduce my dad!”
