My body rejecting food is so cosmically ironic. The food is meant to nurture me yet my own body expels it.

My head won't stop pounding, it's been pounding all day, I just want it to stop, my brain is straining against my skull and it hurts.

Went out to the store today, hated it. Too many people, too many sounds. Everything was overwhelming and it made me want to claw my skin off my bones and go home. I finally left though.

Went for a walk today by the river. It was rainy and overcast and beautiful. Wish it rained harder.

Going out during daytime is always stressful, but I'm glad I did today.
