She did not expect there to be a library out here, but there it was. Word from a friend or some long grapevine like that led her wanderlust to the strange place.

"Hello?" She wasn't trying to break in, she swears.

⠀a visitor?⠀it's been ages since they've had one, it feels like.

⠀it seems her grapevine led her to the right place—⠀tucked between trees and away from the main road, a homey little building did sit for whoever could find it.⠀consider it almost like a treasure hunt, their prize endless knowledge tucked into shelves, though perhaps that's why visitors are rare . . .

⠀“ pleased to meet you;⠀call me hisao. ”⠀he seemed friendly enough, but a second face briefly makes its own appearance.⠀his duskull couldn't help but be a little nosy, peeking from behind its trainer—⠀wonder who this new person is.

⠀“ mm. ”⠀nothing more than a hum in thought, his chin rested upon the knuckles of a gloved hand.⠀the other turns the tinned coffee around to read the label, eyes narrowed despite the frames beyond them.

⠀can't say he's tried that brand before.⠀maybe he'll give it a go later.

⠀“ and with time at your command, you could feasibly do anything. ”

⠀the gothitelle tucked into the other end of the room briefly turns her head;⠀he pays her little mind, and simply watches their guest.⠀crimson gazes study him—⠀his every movement, the books he hovers around—⠀almost seeing right through him.

⠀suspicious guests weren't unheard of here, but he finds something curiously amusing about this one.

⠀“ could I ask a question in return, friend?⠀are you hoping to meet these two someday? ”

"If only there was a durable tracker on them..."

Across space and time , he's sure some professors had such things. But would they willing to give the equipment? Sadly not. Especially to someone like Di who had a paper trail that traced back to nowhere. Erased everything and begone, his motto for his whole past.

Putting the tin of coffee beans down, he's looking at the books again.

"Summoning them would only make them angry, and the way I hear of it, the items needed are sealed tight."

"What would one even do, if properly captured. With space, you can be anywhere, but with time you can ..."

⠀he taps his pen to the desk in thought, briefly motioning to an empty space for the can to be placed.⠀no gift needed, but he certainly won't mind some free coffee.
