Ok s2 e4 of tua we see that the handler found lila in a weird secret room behind an air vent. Why did Lila's parents have a special place for lila to hide?? My headcanon is that they built it because reginald had tried to buy lila like he tried to buy the other 43 children. Her parents wanted to make sure lila had a place to hide if he ever tried to come back and just take her. This would also kinda explain how reginald new where lila was from in s3. He didn't just guess based off her accent, he tried to buy a baby from the place she was born!
