Le Cadre du Lapin: What is/was your favorite pet?

Probably my cat Jackie! I had 1 dog growing up and a bunch of fish along the way, but this is my first cat. Just tonight I cried when I saw her :')

I even have a video I made about her lol (it's kind of long but it's a good chance to see her in action!)

Popping Balloon: What is your favorite thing to celebrate?

Hmm, besides the previous answer, and in terms of holidays, I do like the christmas season (december not the early kind). I really like the lights, the food is usually pretty good this time of year, and it's cold enough for me to wear some of my heavier lolita pieces ^^; (Bridal OP namely, and any coord I have planned that is heavily layered!)

Toy Fantasy: What was your favorite toy when you were little?

I have a stuffed animal dog that I still hang onto today!

Popping Balloon: What is your favorite thing to celebrate?

I had to really think on this one - the past few years my friends and I have been doing a joint birthday celebration which is great since we all live so far apart.

But on a smaller scale and something I get to do more frequently, I like to celebrate my cat every time she allows me to trim her nails or clean her ears. It's really tough for her, so I always try to give her a dental treat and a can of her favorite food after, followed by brushing her (a loved activity) or playing with her, whichever seems more appropriate at the time.

Lovely Alphabet: How were/are your grades in school?

They were terrible! I am not good at taking tests at all, I was very active at my schools though and took on additional tasks like research or assisted teaching to try and make up for it, which I'm sure only made my grades worse but it ended up working out since I got more hands on experience.

Thankfully I'm no longer in a formal school setting, I do take a class on the weekends, and it is not graded so I get to actually enjoy the class lol.

Rabbit Letter: Do you have a pen pal/ want one?

I would like one, my comm tried to do this before but we all see one another on about a monthly basis so it's hard to keep up motivation. The closest thing I have right now is sending neomail to random users on Neopets haha

Masquerade Theater: Have you ever pretended to be something you're not?

Unfortunately yes, there are a lot of situations where it is not safe to be who I am, or the social consequences of being authentic are so punishing that it makes living in full troublesome. Luckily these instances aren't as often as they used to be, and I have a great group of people around me that I don't feel the need to pretend in front of.

yknow i never noticed the sheer rareness of images having ids or alt text on this website until i started adding alt text to my art (and trying to remember to add it to any images i post in general, especially text screenshots) and that makes me kinda sad
