🍦☀️ Ice Cream Season Is HERE ☀️🍦
Hi my sprinkle babes!! 🍨💖
It’s finally that time of year where everything is sticky, sunny, and smells like waffle cones and sunscreen 😭💕 I don’t care how old I technically am—if it’s hot, I want ice cream and I want it now.
There’s something about summer and ice cream that makes me feel extra middle space. Like suddenly I’m 13 again, begging for a sundae after swimming, or choosing the most neon flavor in the freezer aisle just because it’s fun 🍭✨
🦋 Ice Cream Moodboard Idea:
• Drippy cones on hot sidewalks
• Bubblegum pink or blue raspberry EVERYTHING
• Root beer floats in plastic cups with bendy straws 🥤
• Sharing a banana split with your best friend while giggling
• That exact moment the ice cream melts on your hand and you don’t even care 🫠
🍧 Favorite flavors (yes, these are real and valid):
• Birthday cake with rainbow sprinkles 🎂
• Cotton candy swirl 💫
• Cookie dough chunks so big you feel like a rebel 🍪
• Classic vanilla with strawberry syrup 🍓
• Or those novelty ice cream truck treats that always have crooked cartoon faces
🌈 Ice cream isn’t just a snack—it’s a necessity. Take yourself out for a cone. Make a big sundae at home. Put on a silly cartoon while you eat it. Let it be messy, colorful, joyful. You deserve it. 🍦🌻
Tell me your fave flavor or your go-to ice cream order in the tags or replies—I need to know! 🫶
💗 Sticky but happy,
🍦 Your big sis 🍦

🌧️🧸 Rainy Day Vibes 🧸🌧️
Hey my cloudsnuggles 💙☔
It’s a rainy day where I am, and honestly? I love it. Rainy days are perfect for slowing down, curling up, and leaning all the way into middle space comfort. You don’t have to “do” anything today. Just be. That’s enough. 🫶
🧦 Rainy day moodboard idea:
Cozy socks and oversized hoodies
Watching cartoons or comfort shows with warm drinks ☕
Coloring or sticker books with the rain tapping on the windows
Reading under a blanket with a flashlight like it’s a secret mission 🔦📖
Journaling or writing dramatic pretend stories while the sky cries for you (lol)
🌧️ Rainy day reminders for my middles:
It’s okay to feel extra little or big or in-between today. The rain makes space for all your feelings.
You’re not lazy for resting. You’re recharging. Like a sleepy Pokémon. 💤
Your soft hobbies matter, even if they don’t seem “productive.” Play is healing.
🧸 Comfort ideas if you're stuck inside:
Build a blanket fort and call it your “Rainy Day HQ”
Make a mug of cocoa or tea (with marshmallows, if that’s your vibe!)
Re-watch your favorite middle space movie (Spy Kids? Lilo & Stitch? Big Time Rush??)
Write a letter to your regressed self like a pen pal 💌
Let me know your rainy day routines—I wanna hear all the cozy things you do when the sky is sleepy too 🌙💤
☁️ Big warm hugs, 🌧️ Your big sis 🌧️

🌞🍧 Summer Vibes 🍧🌞
Hiiiii my sunshine bugs!! 💛☀️
Summer is officially here and I’m melting like a popsicle on the sidewalk 🍦😭 Anyone else feeling all those old summer feelings bubbling up? Like you wanna grab a beach towel, a juice pouch, and pretend you're on summer break forever? SAME 🏖️🧃💭
🌼 My current summer checklist: ✅ Sidewalk chalk masterpieces ✅ Running through the sprinkler ✅ Cherry Slurpees and sticky fingers 🍒 ✅ Watching old Disney Channel summer movies (Camp Rock still slaps, don’t lie) ✅ Staying up way past bedtime reading under a blanket fort 😴📚
🩴 Summer doesn’t have to mean being “productive” or “mature.” It can mean:
Being barefoot in the grass
Drawing with markers until your hand hurts
Playing pretend adventures in your backyard or room
Letting yourself be soft, silly, and safe 🧸🌈
💖 You deserve joy this summer. You deserve laughter. You deserve rest. Whether you’re going outside or staying cozy indoors, your version of summer is valid and magical.
🌊 Stay hydrated and regressed, 💌 Your sunny big sis

🌈✨ Middle Space Safe Zone Check-In ✨🌈
Hi sweet beans! 💌
Just a gentle reminder from your big sister/fairy mom-friend: it’s okay to be in the middle space. You don’t have to be super tiny or super grown-up to deserve softness and support.
If your comfort age is 10, 12, 14, or anything in between—you’re valid. You’re seen. You’re loved. 💗💫
🎒 Some middle space affirmations for today:
It’s okay to want juice boxes and to read chapter books 📚🧃
You can love cartoons and also be curious about big kid stuff
Having big feelings doesn’t make you immature—your emotions are important
You're allowed to play, rest, and just be without explaining yourself 🧸🌼
🧁 Middle space favorites lately:
Watching older Barbie movies and doodling fashion designs
Playing Pokémon and pretending I'm a new trainer in Johto
Writing cringey fanfics in notebooks with sparkly pens 💕
Listening to nightcore music like it’s 2013 again 🎧💜
Drop your middle space comforts in the tags or replies—I wanna hype them up! 💬🫶
Stay cozy, stay safe, and remember: you don’t have to shrink yourself to deserve softness. You’re just right.
💖 With love, 🌸 Your big sis 🌸

🌞📚 Summer Library Reading Fun! 🧺🐻
Hiiiii everybunny! 🐰💕
Guess what time it is?? It’s SUMMER LIBRARY READING TIME!!! 🍉📖✨ Whether you're a tiny tot, a sleepy stuffie, or a big-hearted caregiver, summer is the perfect time to curl up with cozy books, earn cute stickers, and let your imagination go on BIG adventures — even if you're small 💕.
Here’s how to make summer reading extra special in your regression space:
🎀 1. Go on a Library Adventure (with your CG or by yourself!) Most public libraries have a summer reading program for all ages — but they never said it couldn’t be for regressors too! Walk (or skip!) to your local library, pick out books that make you giggle or go “WOW!”, and sign up for the reading tracker if you want a real challenge. 💪💕
🎒 Pro tip for CGs: Make it a special “field trip” — pack snacks, hold hands, and help your little pick from their favorite sections (board books, fairytales, picture books, comics, whatever suits their age-mode that day!).
🧸 2. Set a Storytime Routine Little brains thrive on structure (even if we say we don’t 😝). Set a daily or weekly “story hour.” Snuggle up in blankies or cuddle in your CG’s lap for a bedtime story — or make mornings magical with a breakfast book & juicebox combo 🧃📘
🎶 Bonus idea: Play soft lullaby music in the background, or read with character voices for extra giggles!
📊 3. Make a Littlespace Reading Chart! Grab crayons, stickers, or let your CG print a themed chart. For every book or chapter finished, add a star, color in a shape, or get a stuffie stamp! 🌈
🎁 Reward Ideas:
Choose the next bedtime story
A special bubble bath
A new coloring page or plushie surprise
Baking cookies with your CG 👩🍳🍪
🍉 4. Summer Reading Themes (Little Edition!) Pick weekly or monthly themes to keep reading fun and playful! Some ideas: 🌼 Animal Friends Week (bears, bunnies, kitties!) 🏰 Princesses & Dragons Week 🚀 Space Explorers Week 🍦 Ice Cream & Summertime Silly Stories 📚 “Read to Your Stuffie” Week (they love books too!)
🧁 5. Library Date Ideas for CG/little Pairs
📖 Library + Ice Cream date
🌳 Outdoor story picnic in the park
🧺 Blanket fort reading day at home
📷 Take pics of your book stack to share in your blog journal!
✨ 6. Favorite Books for Littles in Summer Mode 🧸 "Goodnight Moon" 🌊 "Mister Seahorse" by Eric Carle 🌟 "How Do Dinosaurs Go to School?" 🍩 "If You Give a Pig a Pancake" 🎀 Any Golden Books! 📖 Board books? Yes. Chapter books in baby voice? Also yes.
Don’t forget: reading while in little space is healing, cozy, and GOOD for you. It’s okay to read baby books. It’s okay to want silly voices and sweet rhymes. It’s okay to enjoy the magic in simple pages. You deserve that joy 💗
💌 Tag me in your reading logs, book stacks, and cute storytime setups!

♡ struggling to regress?༅
here are some methods that might help!
♡ sensory matching method ──୨ৎ── focus on connecting three senses that trigger regression! soooo if a childhood cartoon made you feel little, pair it with a scent that gives the same feeling and a texture that also has that comforting feeling, such as a soft blankie!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ familiar senses method ──୨ৎ── focus on nostalgia and familiar comfort items! get a childhood snack, set up soft and gentle lighting, and surround yourself with things that bring warmth and nostalgia! regressing often comes easier for many in an environment that feels familiar & safe!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ baby steps method ──୨ৎ── focus on starting slow and building up little activities! so instead of trying to force it or jump right into it, slightly like the first two methods, start slown! start with a small, soothing action like hugging a stuffie or putting on cozy socks! then maybe surround yourself with familiar regression cues like a childhood show then dim the lights & grab a comfy blankie! once you feel more at ease maybe do smth like coloring or playing with toys!! so this way you slowly feel more relaxed instead of pressured to regress quickly!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ storytime method ──୨ৎ── read a short children’s book or a calming fairytale out loud or listen to an audiobook with a gentle, nurturing voice to help shift your mindset!! there are also asmr videos of people reading children books!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ ritual method ──୨ৎ── repeat a small comforting action every time you want to regress!! maybe it’s putting on a specific cozy outfit, turning on a soft dim or colored light, having a certain drink, or hugging your favorite stuffed animal! associating an action with regression can help over time!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ regression playlist method ──୨ৎ── make a special playlist with songs or lullabies! i like to play disney songs!༅
✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
♡ soundscapes method ──୨ৎ── if music doesn't work for you instead of music, try listening to sound effects that mimic childhood nostalgia! so things like playground noises, soft rain, wind chimes, or toy store sounds, whatever works for you that you can find!!༅
hope this helps even if just a bit!!

How to start an agere journal _ ( helpful tips ) + Making my own!
Designing the journal itself
Choose a Journal: The most important thing is that your journal is *YOU* comfortable! Which means that the idea and theme of your journal makes you comfortable and happy. it doesn't matter the palette or design, as long as it makes you happy.
Use Fun Supplies: Crayons, markers, pastel pens, and stickers make journaling more fun and little-friendly!
Section It Off: Create sections for different things! this means sectioning it into smaller groups of pages like sticker pages, drawings, daily logs, stuffies & char. profiles, fun lists & ideas, etc!
Make It Cozy: Journal in a comfy spot with a soft blanket, stuffies, and maybe a sippy cup or warm drink!
Use Stickers & Doodles: If writing feels too big, use stickers or draw simple pictures to express your feelings.
Prompts and ideas!
Daily--
What made you feel little today?
What was your favorite thing to do today?
Did anything make you feel small and happy today?
What is your little age today? How does it feel?
How did your day go? Did you make any new friends?
Draw a daily face of how your day went (IE. sad, happy, embarrassing..)
Creative--
Draw or decorate a page with stickers of your favorite babycore things!
Design a dream nursery/playroom and describe what would be inside.
Write a short story about an adventure with your favorite stuffie.
Create a wishlist of toys, pacis, or comfy things you’d love to have.
Draw yourself as (or with) a cute little character, like a Care Bear, My Little Pony, or Pokémon.
Lists--
List 10 things that always make you feel little.
Your top 5 favorite cartoons or kid shows.
Your favorite childhood snacks.
Your favorite baby animals and why you love them.
3 comforting things you do when you're feeling stressed.
A letter to your future little self!
Stuffie profiles--
as many details about your stuffie/toy as needed!

The little urge to go to a zoo or an aquarium and look at all the pretty animals and fishies and have someone tie my shoes and open my snacks.
The little urge to feel completely comfortable being little and actually be treated like I’m just a tiny kid
The little urge to be pulled around in a little red wagon while I point at all the pretty flowers and say “woaaaahhh” like I’ve never seen it before (even though we just passed 10)
The little urge to be comfy enough to regress around a group of friends (but not leave my cg’s side because how scary would that be!)
The little urge to watch Bluey with my paci in after a long day with some much needed cuddles because it’s such hard work being just a little guy (trust.)
Basically, the little urge to be little

Agere journal ideas: a master list
I personally don’t use cutesy like journaling journals because I’ve always been afraid to “ruin” them. My little journal is a regular like school notes books with the name thing in the middle and the weird black and white pattern(not sure if they have a proper name). I feel like a big spiral journal you may have used for school when you were a kid is a good idea. 🙂↕️
all the prompts are under the cut!
All about you
your ideal CG
gear wishlist
homemade coloring pages
homemade activity pages (mazes, count circles, etc.)
List of all your stuffies and facts about them
sticker/chore charts
list of things that help you regress
agere bingo
Do a 30 days of little space
make an agere bucket list
recipes for foods you can easily make when little
some positive affirmations! Such as “I am allowed to regress”
Finger paintings
A page full of your favorite stickers!!
list of reason why you like regressing or why you don’t (either or, whichever fits you)
your favorite movies/shows to watch when little
video games to play when little
a little vs big you page
print out activity/coloring pages and glue them in!
Draw your dream paci
Plan your ideal little space day
make floor plans for your ideal regression room/play room
Invitation to a tea party!
tape or glue and envelope onto a page to keep small pages or notes or stickers in!
make a menu for a pretend restaurant
crafts you want to do
Alright folks I think that’s about it, feel free to add some of your ideas in the comments if they aren’t on here!! Have a great day mwah!
