Second stool. First time doing round legs. Cedar top, pine legs. I like how comfortable the seat is.

The legs didn't make it all the way thru, will need to fill soon. Thinking about just filling the top woth dust, chips, and glue, and not pulling the lega out to glue them up. The fit is really nice right now.

All in all, good learning project.

Second box. Hopefully the next one will feel good enough to gift. This one has a bit of a wonky top, with on of the board being planed down too thin. Getting that to glue up was a hassle.

One of the screws for the hinges has too deep of a hole so I’m gonna have to fill it to screw it back in.

But not the worst. Just gotta make more boxes.

First attempt at making a box with hand tools. I tried to make box joints first, only to realize it is really hard to do box joint with hand tools.

Moved on to shortening the box and then constructing with glue and nails.

Made out of construction pine.

It’s ugly and poorly constructed but it is mine, and it’s usable (for now)

Finally finished my Loki beads. I have been slowly working through a book on Loki to sort of… revitalize my practice. Part of that is making prayer beads.

I wasn’t sure how I would feel about that. I’ve never used prayer beads and don’t really understand their purpose. But I’ll give it a try.

Given that hesitance, I decided to make it into a bracelet. At least then, I know I will still use it, even if the prayer beads don’t end up working with me.

Did some doodling of Vox last night. I basically went through all the AppleTV (StaticApple??) on ao3 and am now chomping at the bit for more. Uhg.

Finally finished and delivered this bday gift, was a great second finished whittling project. Got him sanded and painted.

Finished my first whittling project. Thou I started with a knife, I did finish it up with a dremel for finer detail. and a wood burner for color. Its a little Loki!

I’ve had the concept of a full triforce swap in my head for a while now, so i finally got around to sitting down and drawing it and writing notes about it. for the record, wolf link is the pig ganon equivalent for a boss fight. if i had time, im sure i could make his design much more interesting lol…
