STORM

Hello, I’m Storm! I am a senior husky with medical needs and I am seeking a home or foster. I was surrendered to Ruff Life 4 Paws in December 2016. I was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago and have been pulling through like the good boy that I am. The humans treat me well, but a kennel is no place for a sick dog.  Despite my illness, I am still just as fun loving and affectionate as I always have been. I love to be cuddled and I am quick to return the love I receive. I love people, dogs of all size, and I gravitate to children. I am ready to be in an environment where I can relax and live out the remainder of my years.

LADY

Hi, I’m Lady! I am a Chihuahua mix looking for love. I was picked up in LA by a very nice lady who had seen me wandering the streets for a few days. After many attempts of trying to catch me, she finally was able to. I was in pretty bad shape and was weary of people initially, but with the help of some wonderful humans, I’ve learned to trust again. I am pretty shy initially, but I open up rather quickly! I’m very friendly, affectionate, lovable, and I hear the humans often refer to me as “the cutest thing they’ve ever seen.” I love small dogs and kids and will play for hours with either. I am a sweet girl with limitless wonderful qualities. I’ve been with Ruff Life 4 Paws since April 2017 and I’m ready to find my home.

FINN

Hi, I’m Finn and I am a Chihuahua/terrier mix. I was abandoned at only about 8 weeks old and have been with Ruff Life for Paws for practically my whole life. With the help of the Pet Set, I have gradually learned to trust people again. I am very shy when I first meet new people and take some time to warm up because the world still scares me a little bit. Once I open up, I’m very friendly, affectionate, and lovable. I am a ball of fun and will play with you for hours. I love cats and  other small pups, and with some encouragement I can get along with big dogs. I am a sweet boy and would love to find my family soon, but I would definitely need some time to get used to children. I am about 5-10lbs and I have short, fuzzy, white fur. I am a neutered male, up to date on vaccines, housebroken, and I’m currently enrolled in training.

COCO

Hello, my name is Coco! I am a Chihuahua who’s ready to find a forever family. I was found on the streets of LA and shortly after gave birth to newborn puppy. I myself was just a pup when I had her. I have been with Ruff Life 4 Paws since summer of 2016. I have a very funny personality and I’m a feisty girl. I learned to take care of myself early on, but I’m now ready to be taken care of. I do well with dogs, am friendly with most cats, but I still need work on my etiquette with children . I’m a little spazzy, but it seems to keep the humans entertained. I love to play, cuddle, love and be loved, and to have all the attention on me.

BENTLEY

Hi, I’m Bentley! The humans think I am a maltese/terrier mix. I am reserved when meeting new people, but I open right up once I’m comfortable. I have had a pretty ‘Ruff Life’ and I am ready for my forever home. I started my life homeless and had a long journey to get where I am today and I have come a very long way. I bond very closely with those who take the time to get to know me. I am very smart, cuddly, and playful. I enjoy playing catch, snuggling, and having all the attention on me. I play well with children and I get along very well with other dogs. I’m even friendly with cats! I have been with Ruff Life 4 Paws for about a year and I’m ready to go home.

RUFF LIFE 4 PAWS

Ruff Life 4 Paws is a non-profit organization whose main purpose is to find the perfect forever home for any dog (and maybe the occasional cat.) After 15 years of working with and rescuing many animals, the Pet Set Hotels finally has the opportunity to help pups in need. We want to prevent as many dogs from ending up in the shelter system by providing information and resources to the public. While in our care, the dogs will have shelter and will receive training and socialization. With the help of generous sponsors, members of the board, volunteers, and working closely with other rescues, we believe we will have a great impact on the lives of our rescue pups.
