Help a rookie out?
Just played my first rugby game for my University team today. Really enjoyed it; got stuck into some tackles, made a few good runs but also felt I was out of depth at times and like I had no idea what was going on around me.
Do any of you guys have any advice for someone just starting out in rugby? (I played flanker today if there’s anything specific you could say about the position).
