I have an update for Minnie!

They aren't sure if the lump we found is benign or cancerous, so they're going to have to do a couple of surgeries on her. The estimate we got was $3,000 for everything they need to do for her. My parents will be able to pay for some, but I'm still trying to get enough money to contribute about half of it.

I've gotten enough commissions so far to cover about a third of what I need, thank you everyone who's commissioned me so far!

I'm still taking more commissions to help pay for her surgeries. I have a pretty long queue already, so please be patient with me to give me time to get to yours.

Hi! I'm sorry to be making a post like this, but I'm reopening commissions to make money for my family's dog. Her name is Minnie, and we recently found a lump on her stomach. We're not sure what it is since we haven't been to the vet yet, but if it's something harmful that needs surgery, the vet bills are probably going to be expensive so I'm setting this up now.

My parents just had to pay a couple thousand dollars for our other dog a couple months ago who had cancer (the treatment was successful, thankfully!), and it's going to be a struggle to afford another huge vet bill. I want to help them by paying for some of it.

This isn’t an emergency! I should have at the very least close to enough money to pay for what they’ll possibly need of my part right now so there’s a good chance I won't need this unless it costs much more than I'm anticpating, but I'd feel a lot more comfortable if I could make some extra just in case, and to also make up for some of the money this will cost. And that's only if we find out this is something really serious. It could just be us worrying over something minor, so please don't feel obligated to buy something from me.

I have a lot of art examples on this blog to look through if you’re interested in a commission! If you have a certain piece of mine that you prefer the style of, let me know! I've done a couple of watercolor pieces, and I know there's people who like those better.

Comics or PMVs/Animatics/Animations etc. can be discussed, and the price will vary based on complexity.

If you like the style of the Villain Venus AU comics, (usually includes 3-5 somewhat sketchy drawings of characters with a messy coloring style and limited color palette of 1-3 colors) it will range somewhere around $20-$30 a page and I can do multi-page comics for a bundle.

Something like the Rising Ashes page above will have a bigger range depending on the amount of panels, characters, details, etc. It’ll be around $60-$100.

A PMV will likely range around $150 for a minute but the price really depends on the details.

For the animatic, I just used Ibispaint and Capcut. They are not built for animations, so it's not something I recommend if you have other options. They are free, though, which is nice!

I'm starting to work on another animatic, and I'll be using Procreate instead for that one now that I have it! I'll still be editing in Capcut though, so there isn't much difference there.

Here's some of what my gallery in Ibispaint looks like! I have to keep scrolling really far every time I want to look at something from before I made the animatic because it took 44 different canvases, and Ibispaint doesn't have an option to sort them.

Most of the canvases only had one or two shots since having too many layers in one canvas tends to make it slow down while drawing.

If there was a shot I knew I wanted to have tweeted in, I made sure to make it bigger than the standard 1920 x 1080 size so the picture didn't cut off in the video. You can see most of them aren't the same size.

This is what the average canvas looked like layer wise. Surprisingly, this shot of Venus breaking the time gear was the hardest part to animate out of everything.

Here it is in Capcut! All of the overlays can't even fit on the screenshot. I had to save each little shard as a separate png and eye it to try and keep the speeds somewhat consistent between all of them. It took at least fifteen minutes just to get it looking decently, then I'd go back and change it again pretty much every single time I rewatched the animatic because I found something I thought could look better.

Here's what the first minute and some looks like somewhat zoomed out. There were a lot of frames and overlays to figure out lol.
