Decided to try out my new Knee Wraps I got for my Birthday. I did work up to 180kg for a single or double, I can’t really remember but the Wraps psyched me out a bit as I need to get used to them. So I went back down to 140kg and then 160kg. This first clip is 160kg for a triple, I thought the first two went up pretty well, with the 3rd not being as good as I would have liked but that’s okay. Swipe right ➡️ Here I got 140kg for 6. The first 4 went up pretty well with the last 2 lacking a bit of speed and movement. Overall, a pretty good session in terms of poundage, lacked intensity but the strength is there which is what I want. (at Totally Fit Gym)

An awesome exercise to work the whole body and get the heart rate up! Medicine Ball Slams! Great in intervals, high reps or put in a superset or circuit. Always remember when “slamming” the ball to engage and “crunch” your core whilst doing so. Remember to Squat all the way down, keeping your core tight, embracing your core, chest up and back straight. I definitely recommend for you to incorporate this into your routine
