Update: He tried one of those carnival games where you climb up a rope ladder and fell off on the first rung.

His wallet got stolen and he didn't want to do anything about it, his coteriemates chased the guy down while he twiddled his thumbs.

For the uninitiated: who is Chase?

AH YES! My newest goober! He's my character for Dear Newly Departed, a chronicle I've been part of on Discord! Set in modern day Jersey, 3 people are embraced and given no guidance from their sires. Now... we do cool vampire shit and try to figure out what vampire powers we have.

Chase is a Toreador journalist, and the saddest wettest most pathetic little man this side of Tom's River. He uses Presence by begging on his hands and knees. He's terrified of combat. He always has Heightened Senses active, even when there is gunfire all around him. He tries to read people's minds, by which I mean he uses Premonition and thinks it's mind reading. He isn't creative at all. He stole a police officer's clothes. He hates his boss but feels like hate is too strong of a word. He watches nature documentaries and cries over the animals. He can't say no to women. He's a soaking wet cat of a man.

I still need to design what he looks like... all I know for certain is that he has shoulder length hair, which his sire grabbed him by. Also, he's got the Beautiful merit because I love pretty boys. (No, I didn't know he was going to be a Toreador when I picked that. It makes sense, though. Initially, I thought he was a Ventrue, then a Malkavian, and then I found out that he's a Toreador.)
