Strength

I was lost,

But then you came,

You paid all the cost,

Then I heard you call my name,

You’re always with me when I cry,

You’re there for me even if I lie,

And you are here, you gave me life,

I don’t deserve it, do I?

I feel safe in your arms,

You gave me warmth,

When I’m weak,

You give me strength,

I have lost my trust and faith,

All things inside me was hate,

But you changed everything,

You turned hating into loving,

Yes, I was lost,

But in the cross,

You already have paid the cost,

I opened my heart that before it was close,

Lord, thank you for your love,

Thank you for the blessings that today I have,

Lord you are my strength, my everything,

through you I can do all things.
