September 30 Magic Wand
For the last day of the mental health calendar and surprisingly it's Wednesday. We decided to enjoy this day by experimenting with digital art. This activity is suppose to ease the stress built up by transferring all those chaos inside of you into a blank canvas. Trying out this activity will help you release some pent up emotions you didn't know you had. Heck, I tried this and I felt significantly better than before I did the activity.

This is finally the last Saturday of September and we think this is the perfect time to reminisce and reach out to old friends or loved ones. Although you and them don’t contact each other that frequently, the bonds you shared with them still remain strong. September 25 Treat yourself with things you like
Remember thursday two weeks ago? Well I'm lifting that ban just for this day! I want you to enjoy yourself today. It was a tough week right? Eat your favorite food or snack and play games all night! Today is best day ever!! Treat yourself with things you enjoy, don't worry about stuff right now and just enjoy the moment! It's kind of like those free spots in a bingo game, so you don't have to worry about anything for today.

September 24 Thinking like my opposite
This is kind of like your crazy days where you'd talk to yourself y'know or when ducky momo talks to you. Remember how ducky momo tries to foil your every plan or discourages you from doing it? Extremely suspicious but maybe he's just looking out for you. Who knows? This time, try playing the devil's advocate/antagonize yourself or make ducky momo do it. It helps clear your bias, well to a certain degree, so you'll always be open to new ideas! This is a great exercise for people who like making art but it can also be used to better yourself too!

September 23 Color, Color, Color
For this week, I want you to try coloring, just about anything you can imagine. With no lines of course, it's different from a mandala and more like lineless art. You can even doodle it, just try practicing with colors the way you want to. Expressing freeform art is important as it engages your creative control so you can think up more on unusual things but like fascinating, like the kombucha girl's reaction. I'm prettty sure you can think up pretty and peculiar things.

September 21 Wanna Feel Power?
But quarantine ain't permitting us to go to gyms for complete equipment. Weights? yeah they are great, if you have them! Resistance bands are good as well. Just like skipping ropes, these colorful bands provides you with resistance that works your muscles depending on how you use 'em! Workouts are limitless with these! You can work both your biceps and triceps by doing curls. You can even imitiate gym equipments and how they work by simply anchoring these resistance bands in your doors, therefore working other areas such as your back. BUT, make sure your anchors are durable. You do not want these hitting your back!
