Pally laughed lightly at Morn’s attitude. It was clear that this girl was headstrong and would make an interesting trainer. She kind of reminded Pally of her own kids, in some ways.
“Yeah, yeah! Why a trainer? And how do you not have a Pokemon yet? You look old enough.” Palkia added.
prismxtik:
She bit her tongue, wanting to loudly agree that yeah, you shouldn’t embarrass the kid by saying she does or does not stink! But also, not wanting to admit to being embarrassed.
“Thank you sooo much.” The girl finally answered, keeping her manners in check as best she could, “My name’s Morning Gloria. Morn’s easier.”

He caught onto that, sarcasm. Sarcastic brat. But she was still just a kid! Akio continued to squish his cheek against Pally’s and squish her between his head and his shoulder!
“Ou, Akio Conley. Nice to meet ya Morn. What makes ya wanna be a trainer huh?” He asked in a curious tone as they walked down the dirt path!

“Uh, excuse me! I don’t SMELL!” Morn yelled, fists balled at her sides. Geez, this was so embarrassing! She was embarrassed enough to need help, but all of this judging was kinda making it worse!
“I don’t have Pokemon, no. That’s why I need help getting to Wedgehurst, please!”

“Better.” Akio squishes the Palkia’s face between his cheek and shoulder as she peeked over him. “Oi, oi, ya don’t need to say it that loud Pally. Don’t embarrass the poor kid.” He scolded the other!
“Ain’t anythin’ wrong with that. We’re probably headin’ to the same place anyways, so it ain’t that big of a deal.”
“Akio’s right! The more the merrier!” Palkia agreed, playfully nuzzling her cheek against Akio’s. Because why the heck now? It was fun to be close to someone who didn’t treat her like a little kid.
“My name’s Pally! What’s yours, kiddo?”

This kid seemed rude, it’s the vibe she gave off, she was kinda blunt…
“Ou, if ya wanna walk with me, keep up then.” He beckoned with his hand as he continued his stroll. “What? You a new trainer kid? Ya got a Pokemon of yer own?” He asked her, yellow eyes glancing back to her.
“I don’t smell a Pokemon on her.” Pally whispered from behind Akio. The kid looked like a brat, too, but Palkia couldn’t smell bad personalities. Only Pokemon. She leaned over Akio’s shoulder to get a peek at the kid. “Why are you near a route without a team, kid? You’re gonna get hurt.”

“O-Oi…” A slight red tint came to his cheeks as she pressed against his shoulder with her suggestion, sighing as he rubbed his forehead. “Yer a handful for a Palkia. I wouldn’t mind if ya tagged along for the journey….”
“Eh? You wanna team up with me to beat em up? Do you even got any Pokemon??”
“Not a one! But if I call for help, someone’ll probably show up!” Pally was, after all, a Legendary Pokemon at her core. If she put out the ‘Palkia Signal’ then some wild Pokemon was bound to come to her aid. “I’m sure there are lots of wild Pokemon in Galar that wanna see a Battle Cafe, ye know? They’re curious types. Plus plus! I can always fight for myself.”

“No idea about their legendaries honestly, also, yer family? Satou and her two husbands…or whatever they are, are running a battle cafe or something there…” He hummed in thought, thinking hard on what she was talking about. “Why are ya so interested in Galar?”
“Because I’ve never been before~” Pally sang out in a cheerful reply, “I’m still super young for a Palkia, so there are still a lotta places I need to go check out...! Oh. Wait!”
Like the energetic dragon she was, Palkia bobbed closer to him. Even pressing her shoulder to his. “We should go to the battle cafe and beat them up!”

“Mm…” Akio hummed, thinking hard. “Nothing has really been going on lately, just been thinking about what to do and if I’m going to Galar or not. You know, I ain’t one to just stand around in one spot for long.” He sighed, gently nudging his glass away and folding his hands behind his head as he leaned back in his seat. “They’re the same as ever, trouble makers, prideful, and always wanting to fight.”
“Oooh. Galar? Aren’t the Legendaries there like... real bad at communication?” Palkia asked, though she did not expect an answer. Some legendaries were simply dormant, and that was fine. It was the way that things had to be in order to maintain their world’s delicate balance.
“I wanna go! You should talk my family into going too, so I can go with me.”

“Ah, so you are. What an odd woman.” Akio was quick to reach up and ruffle the top of Pally’s hair, making it a mess as he turned back to his drink with a shrug. “Ou, you got a lot of people here who ya got bonds with don’tcha, I didn’t expect myself to be the first person ya decided to visit.”
There was a pause from him though as he simply stared down at his empty glass. “But, honestly, I wan’t gonna complain about it, it’s flattering.”
“As you should be!” Pally laughed. Almost cried. She was quite used to people finding her annoying and not wanting her around. Even her own Sacred Children were rather mean at times, treating her like a nuisance rather than a beloved family member. If only they knew, she would muse to herself, what she had gone through for them.
“How have things been? How’re my dragon buddies holdin’ up?”

“Figured, yer still just a giant brat.” Akio scolded her with a sigh. “You were gone for quiet awhile for us, but poof, yer back and ready to raid my pantry…” He placed his glass down as he sat at her side, resting his head against his hand as he props his arm against the table. “So, what? The first thought that came across ya is to pester me huh? What, ya some sorta stalker?”
“Ma~ybe!” She replied deviously. It was disheartening to hear that she really had been gone a while, but Pally tried to keep that to herself. This was her favorite timeline, after all... But times and spaces didn’t last forever. Especially not the mortals living in them.
“What? You wish I’d gone to someone else first? You’re gonna make me sad.”

“Better.” He huffed, pouring her a small glass before handing it off to her. “Honestly, god or not, manners are manners, ya know?” Akio placed the bottle down at his side as he took a quick drink from his own glass, downing it fast.
“So what, ya came here to bother me for booze?”
“Yeeep!” She took the glass and swirled its contents around, like she’d seen fancy people do on TV. Palkia was still on the younger end of her immortality and had some immature habits to go with it. “I was in another dimension and I don’t know how long I was away! A week? Years? Five seconds? But I thought I’d come pester ya to celebrate my return~!”

“Oi, don’t waste it!” He huffed! Akio would pinch the other’s ear and give it a small tug! “Ya ain’t asking nicely either, what are ya, 10??”
“Does the god of space really have to say please?” She asked, leaning into the teasing and returning it with her own joking tone. Of course she still had to say please. So, following another giggle; “Pleeeease lemme try some?”

❝What are you drinking, and why aren’t you sharing?❞ -Palkia
@bluedragonoforre answered:
“Since when do you drink short stack? Huh?” Akio mused, poking the other’s nose with a glass of creamy liqueur in his hand. “If ya want some, just ask brat.”
“Since forever! You never heard’a leaving sake for your deities?” She huffed in defiance, though made no attempt to stop his poking. That part was fun. “I would drink it aaaall the time. And then spit it out if it was too bitter!”

The way that Giratina saw it, he was not a serial kidnapper. He had borrowed maybe two children out of billions. That wasn’t serial anything. Still, he had been too ashamed to bring the fact up between his two kids. As much as possible, Giratina tried to avoid telling Junichi and Satou about each other.
In that sense, the most he was guilty of was being a serial liar.
Included in his lies was the idea that he was stuck in the Distorted World. Giratina had gradually gained power through his other child, so he could exist briefly in the positive world. It was just exhausting... So he’d sunk back into the Distorted World for some time. There, he only had two visitors. So when he sensed someone entering his domain, there were few suspects.
“ Junichi? “ He called out. Typically, that boy was more likely to visit here. “ Is that you? “

“ Um… A bit, but uh… Pardon my tone as I say this, but… Don’t you mean that’s something you need to do? ”
“ Exactly. I said you need to do it. ”
“ No, I mean… ‘You’ as in 'Dialga.’ ”
What a good boy. Dia giggled. There had been no reason to affirm that Yoshiya would do this job before dragging him to the field: He would have agreed regardless. Even if she didn't have a guilt trip ready to play.
" Well, you need to meet your new Pokemon friend… and get changed! It'll be easy. " Dialga giggled, " Your name is going to be 'Oichi.' And to make your clothes, you just need to think up something suiting the period! You being a glitch comes in handy, huh? "
" I'm sorry…? " The Missingno. Boy sighed. " Wait, Oichi-san…? Wasn't Oichi-san… "
" Historically, Oichi was the name of a warrior who stood alongside Lord Haruna during the conquering of Ransei. However, the Oichi of this timeline has been prevented because of the Time Caller. That's why you need to assume the name and role as if Oichi still exists. "
" Y-Yes, but wasn't Oichi-san also a woman…? "
" … I think you'll be fine. It was always up for debate. " Dialga hummed, " And it still will be, with you filling her shoes. "
