Day2@Rajnivas,Pondicherry 1.Yoga sessions: To enhance the power within you and know our strength,capabilities we started our 2nd day at Rajnivas with early moring Upa Yoga.Upa Yoga is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system.It was wonderful experience. 2.lets do some work: Interns are divided into 2 batches 1&2.Each batch was alloted different work according to there skills.we started our work from 10:30 am.The workplace environment is created such that its feel refreshing to work for longer duration.we were given specific task to complete within the deadline.Which enables us to work with full energy and focus 3.life lesson_2: After some work followed by lunch we had a powerful lesson hour by hlg Dr kiran bedi ma'am in which we came to know about important of yoga in daily life,how yoga can change your life and give you immense power.hlg Dr kiran bedi ma'am told us time and energy are the tools of once life how we uses this tool by making choices is in our hand.The 5 sense(see,smell,hear,speak,feel) are the 7 wonder of life.we shld use our sense for the well being of others and ourself. 4.Evening walk: After the task completion and the teaching we headed to rock beach for our 2nd evening walk from Rajnivas.It was very calm,peacefull and pleasing to walk for 2km with the team. #InternsAtRajnivas #teamRajnivas #pondicherry #rajnivaspuducherry #pondicherian #kiranbedi #ishayoga (at Raj Niwas, Pondicherry) https://www.instagram.com/p/BxYya9MHy6f6ZoXq7t9gSBEhLaCo0SCddM3i1w0/?igshid=1isfq7te1wted

Day1@Rajnivas,Pondicherry 1.ORIENTATION PROGRAM: The internship at rajnivas under YOUTH ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM started with an orientation program in which we were guided by first class dignitaries about how this internship will shape us in a better person,how social internship like this will help us to see beyond social problem and takle them.we were fortunate enough to be guided by sir Thiru G.theva Neethi Dhas,IAS .They provided us with glimpse of how DOCUMENTATION process were done at the time of French and Britain rule on Pondicherry. 2.GAMES AND ENTERTAINMENT: The Rajnivas team also arranged some fun activities for the intern like we have to introduce other interns of same pairs.By this we come to know about every interns background, there places,there reason for internship etc.This activity was very fun to do and enjoyable 3.VIDEO SCREENING: Weekends rounds,open house sessions,cleanliness awareness, water rich programs,office visit etc hlG of Pondicherry are shown to us by this we came to know how Pondicherry have transformed into a better city and how Rajnivas becomes People nivas 4.LIFE LESSON_1): This section was one of the most memorable for every intern because in this we got the opportunity to interact with Dr kiran bedi ma'am,hounarable lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry .Ma'am taught us life lesson_1 on ' Purpose of our life.' Ma'am educated us with a strong purpose in life you can achieve great things,If you found your purpose ask 3 questions to yourself: Q1)Is this purpose is right? Q2)Is this purpose is high enough? Q3)If yes,what are the thing which are required to achieve your purpose? Ma'am englighted us with the 3 e's which are education,environment,experience which plays a very important in one's life. 5.WALKING ON THE BEACH: After a tremendous source of learning we went to beach for evening walk.The walk made us connected to the nature and develop positivity within us.
