Day1@Rajnivas,Pondicherry 1.ORIENTATION PROGRAM: The internship at rajnivas under YOUTH ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM started with an orientation program in which we were guided by first class dignitaries about how this internship will shape us in a better person,how social internship like this will help us to see beyond social problem and takle them.we were fortunate enough to be guided by sir Thiru G.theva Neethi Dhas,IAS .They provided us with glimpse of how DOCUMENTATION process were done at the time of French and Britain rule on Pondicherry. 2.GAMES AND ENTERTAINMENT: The Rajnivas team also arranged some fun activities for the intern like we have to introduce other interns of same pairs.By this we come to know about every interns background, there places,there reason for internship etc.This activity was very fun to do and enjoyable 3.VIDEO SCREENING: Weekends rounds,open house sessions,cleanliness awareness, water rich programs,office visit etc hlG of Pondicherry are shown to us by this we came to know how Pondicherry have transformed into a better city and how Rajnivas becomes People nivas 4.LIFE LESSON_1): This section was one of the most memorable for every intern because in this we got the opportunity to interact with Dr kiran bedi ma'am,hounarable lieutenant Governor of Pondicherry .Ma'am taught us life lesson_1 on ' Purpose of our life.' पुडुचेरी में गिरी कांग्रेस सरकार, नारायणसामी नहीं कर पाए बहुमत साबित, सौंपा इस्तीफा

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज केंद्र शासित प्रदेश पुडुचेरी में कांग्रेस की अगुआई वाली सरकार गिर गई। पुडुचेरी के मुख्यमंत्री नारायाणसामी के भाषण के बाद स्पीकर ने सदन में कहा कि, मौजूदा सरकार बहुमत खो चुकी है। इसके बाद बाद नारायाणसामी ने उपराज्यपाल (LG) तमिलिसाई सौंदर्यराजन को अपना इस्तीफा सौंप दिया। गौरतलब है कि विधानसभा में कांग्रेस के पास उसके 9 विधायकों के अलावा 2 डीएमके और एक निर्दलीय विधायक का समर्थन है। यानी कांग्रेस के पास 11 विधायकों (स्पीकर को लेकर 12) का समर्थन है, जबकि विधानसभा की वर्तमान स्थिति के मुताबिक उसे बहुमत के लिए 14 विधायकों का समर्थन चाहिए। हालांकि, फ्लोर टेस्ट से पहले मुख्यमंत्री नारायणसामी दावा करते रहे कि उनके पास निर्वाचित विधायकों में से बहुमत है। नारायाणसामी ने भाजपा पर हमला करते हुए कहा कि, 'पूर्व LG किरण बेदी और केंद्र सरकार ने विपक्ष के साथ मिलकर सरकार गिराने की कोशिश की। अगर हमारे विधायक हमारे साथ होते, तो सरकार पांच साल चलती।' नारायणसामी ने कहा, ‘हमने द्रमुक और निर्दलीय विधायकों के समर्थन से सरकार बनाई थी। इसके बाद हमने कई चुनाव देखे। सभी उपचुनावों में हमने जीत दर्ज की। एक बात साफ हो चुकी है कि पुडुचेरी के लोगों का हम पर भरोसा है।’ 6 विधायकों के इस्तीफे से संकट गहराया था कांग्रेस के चार विधायकों के इस्तीफे के बाद सरकार पर संकट के बादल गहरा गए थे। इसके बाद उपराज्यपाल तमिलिसाई सौंदरराजन ने सरकार को बहुमत साबित करने को कहा था। फ्लोर टेस्ट से एक दिन पहले ही रविवार को कांग्रेस और गठबंधन में शामिल DMK के एक-एक विधायक ने और इस्तीफा दे दिया, इसके बाद नारायणसामी सरकार अल्पमत में आ गई। इन 4 विधायकों ने पहले दिया था इस्तीफा ए. जॉन कुमार, कांग्रेस ए. नमस्सिवम, कांग्रेस मल्लादी कृष्णा राव, कांग्रेस ई थेपयन्थन, कांग्रेस रविवार को इन 2 विधायकों ने दिया इस्तीफा 5. के. लक्ष्मीनारायणन, कांग्रेस 6. के. वेंकटेशन, DMK 3 विधायक पहले ही कम हो चुके थे इनके अलावा कांग्रेस विधायक एन. धनवेलु को पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियों में शामिल होने के कारण अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया गया था। नमस्सिवम और थेपयन्थन भाजपा में शामिल हो चुके हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि बाकी नेता भी जल्द ही भाजपा में जा सकते हैं। इसलिए गिरी सरकार कुल सीटें: 30+3* = 33 6 विधायकों के इस्तीफे और एक विधायक के अयोग्य घोषित होने के बाद सदन की स्थिति: 33-7= 26 बहुमत के लिए जरूरी थे: 14 कांग्रेस+ 12 (बहुमत से 2 कम) विपक्ष: 14 (बहुमत के आंकड़े के बराबर) ये भी पढ़े... पुडुचेरी की उप-राज्यपाल पद से हटाई गईं किरण बेदी, इन्हे सौंपा गया अतिरिक्त प्रभार VIDEO: महिला कर रही थी तमिल में शिकायत, राहुल को समझ में नहीं आई, कांग्रेसी CM बोले- वो मेरी तारीफ कर रही है  Read the full article
