A bit of a rant, brought to you by this tweet I found during a Jerejean search on Twitter.

Like, I'm SO sorry Jerejeaners don't center Kevin Day in our ship. How dare we! *Smh* /s

All jokes aside, I believe it's not that Jerejeaners font understand Kevin's role in Jean's (and to a lesser degree, Jeremy's) lives, it's simply that he's not Jean nor Jeremy, the two people that make up our ship. He's important, but not necessary.

Plus, I think we're also compelled to leave him on the side to counterbalance Kevin stans constant need to make him the center of every character's universe (especially in ships that include him).

Also the whole "isn't mentioned in every other chapter" is funny coming from people who tend to ignore canon for their fandom version of the characters.

Anyway, rant over! I took it off my chest.

I love Jeremy Knox. And not in that ‘haha let’s love him to the public and yet then also break him behind the scenes’ way but literally like if you touch a hair on his bleached head I will make you regret it in the worst way.

Ugh I love the violet shimmer but I HATE this practice of fomo induced marketing making people feel like they need to rush to pick it up only to release more options a week later. Bad for the environment, makes fans feel bad, supports resellers, and honestly feels tone deaf given the current state of inflation and the world at large. Really makes the experience feel so icky and less fun as somebody who usually loves buying vinyl. (It's not just Taylor, it's clearly a label / big picture thing but sucks regardless)
