Today I tried to do some simple slow walking on the treadmill and I only did 7 min. I had to stop because my knee was killing me. Its still quite swollen and sore. I'm sad that I couldn't continue but I know my limit and I don't wanna push it and do more damage. Guess I won't be doing any battle ropes for a while. I slipped and fell hard at work today. My knee is bruised and swollen and wrist is badly sprained but thankfully not broken. My thighs and knees are on fire today. I did mixture of weights, battle ropes and treadmill. I did a 1.5 hr workout and burned 512 calories. I wasn't very happy with my workout because I felt so sore and like I didn't accomplish much. But you know what at least I did something. In the past I would have taken the day off and binge ate. At my job we get a free meal for lunch. Which is awesome because we make the best food. Today my coworker was eating Bacon, Eggs, Hash browns and Toast. It looked so deliciously greasy. I had a small internal fight until I calculated the Calorie difference between breakfast and my usual giant salad. I'm glad my salad won the fight. It may not be deliciously greasy but it is fresh and so filling. #fat2fit #fattofit #weightlossjourney #healthyeating #myweightlossjourney

Starting Weight: 342 and I am 5’8”
Current Weight: 232
Goal Weight: 180
BMI 35.3
So I am inching closer and closer to my goal weight! :D Only 52 more lbs to go!  If anyone is wondering what I do to lose weight it’s real simple. I count calories and keep up with my cardio! When I eat, I make sure to always eat my protein first to fill me up. I am very active and do all sorts of alternative workouts i.e. 5K’s, Hiking, Volleyball, Ragball…etc. Just get your heart pumping!
If you are 250+ do NOT get discouraged! I started off at almost 350lbs and I promise it gets easier. You will have times that you eat junk food but it is important not to kick yourself for it. Just correct it and push forward.
