Thank god she’s ok, is she really ok? Is she lying so I’ll go away? Am I too clingy? Do I talk too much? Does she not trust me? Why would she not trust me? Am I overthinking? I might be, but again she probably hates me and feels like she can’t tell me anything, oh no im such a bad friend….

how does someone help someone else with a mental breakdown?

“Well, it really depends on the person. If they are ok with physical contact, try giving them a hug! If not, try and offer comforting words. I personally like to talk to someone to distract myself when this happens to me. Some people might like to be left alone, so give them space if they ask! If all this fails, i can suggest asking them what they need. Sorry if im not helpful :)”
