Apparently not all preservatives have a number on the bottle, some have big names and no number. Looking them up to see yep there a 200 variety 🙄 & Goodbye other bits!

This ... This Is @hozackc . Clare is the owner of ... Yep you guessed it @intoyousfs! and she is a woman that has a lot to answer for. And if you ask me, are all good! . I have known Clare for about 14 years, starting from pre wedding fitness to post baby 1, 2 & 3. She has given me the ability to hike the Inca trail & run a 13km race, surf and almost bend in Yoga. She has given me strength in my muscles, bones, mind and to know when I need to push on or pull out for self preservation. She has set up a business mum's group that is hard (boot camp) and encouraging and fun (in & out of the bootcamp bit!) And now gifting me 5 one in one personal training sessions for winning the May Challenge. Thanks Clare, you are a hard & awesome trainer that has created an amazing Happy Place and encourages her team, clients & herself to excel. . . Regrann from @mads_freshfysique - Releasing blocked shoulders through cupping and manual therapy 🔴 At the beginning couldn't feel the borders of the scapula. By the end we could 😊 - #regrann Ever needed a massage that got into the spots you never knew we're sore? Need tennis elbow sorted? Want to try cupping? Needling? Mads is your woman. She is studying something fancy that I can't remember what it's called ... Ok I just can't spell it... But see her! .
