Polypropylene Homo-Polymer (PPH) is a thermoplastic from the polyolefin cluster. PPH Piping System is a semi-rigid, apparent chemical compound with good toughness and weather-resistance properties, less moisture absorption, and can be shaped to your specifications. PPH Pipe Fittings is a largely non-polar, partially crystalline thermoplastic with a crystallinity of 60 to 70% crystalline thermoplastic and a density of 0.90 to 0.91g/cm, the lowest thickness of all plastics.

PP Piping System is a polyolefin thermoplastic. Sangir Pipes are made from semi-rigid, translucent polymer with excellent toughness and weather resistance properties, and low water absorption and are easily molded into desired shapes. PP Pipe Fittings is a non-polar, partially crystalline thermoplastic with a crystalline content of 60% to 70% and a density of 0.90 to 0.91g/cm3, among the lowest plastics. Polypropylene Pipes are generally available in three advanced forms:  

– PP- Homopolymer (PP-H)

– PP- Copolymer (PP-C)

– PP- Random Copolymer (PP-R)

KYNAR® PVDF Piping System has outstanding barrier properties, which allow better protection of the environment from leakages of hazardous chemicals. KYNAR PVDF Pipe Fittings is a polymer containing carbon, hydrogen, and fluorine. Fluorine, the giant molecule, ensures the stability of the polymer chain. PVDF Pipes are considered one of the most inert substances on earth. It has the advantage of absolute corrosion suppression, even under varying process conditions, compared to other materials. Fittings KYNAR® PVDF has the characteristic properties of high resistance to chemical attack intrinsic to all fluoropolymers based on the increased strength of the carbon-fluorine atom bond.

The Gas Piping System is lightweight, non-corrosive, and comes with a long life. Installation is straightforward as heat fusion, and electro-fusion methods can readily weld the tubes. The raw materials by tested stringently to ensure they meet the standards before the production begins. Gas Pipe Fitting was supervised throughout the show and tried to meet the IS14885: 2001 and IS4437 standards. We also manufacture Gas pipes as per ASTMD 2513 – Polyethylene (PE) Gas pressure pipes, tubes, and fittings.

Sangir manufactures MDPE Pipe Fittings per national and international norms: ISO 4427; DIN 8074; EN 1220; IS 4984; IS 14151; IS 14333. Depending on customer requirements, Sangir manufactures its lines from different grades; however, it specializes in PE100 pipes from composite black raw materials. MDPE Pipes100 is considered the strongest of all PE grades for piping and has a maximum nominal bore for the same pressure rating as PE 80/63. According to international standard ISO 4427, an MDPE Pipping System material can be certified as PE100 only if it passes 10,000 hours Long Term Hydrostatic Strength (LTHS) test for 50 years to show that it has an MRP of over 10 MPa for a lifetime of a minimum of 50 years.

Polyethylene(PE) is a sturdy thermoplastic material produced from the polymerization of ethylene and is widely used in water, slurry, and gas applications. Sangir HDPE pipes are manufactured in extrusion sizes ranging from 16 mm to 1200 mm. HDPE Pipes & Fittings are available in rolled coils of various lengths (up to 125 mm OD) or straight lengths up to 12mtrs. HDPE Piping System is available in wide varieties of wall thicknesses but is primarily based on Controlled Outside Diameter (DR). A promising material, it has a design life extended up to 100 years for some applications. Similarly HDPE Pipe is available in many forms and colors, such as the following: – Single extrusion colored or black pipe. – Black pipe with coextruded color stripping. – Black or natural pipes with a coextruded colored layer.

CPVC Piping System (chlorinated poly (vinyl chloride) is a thermoplastic produced by chlorination of polyvinyl chloride rigid, which can withstand higher temperatures than PVC. CPVC Pipe Fittings is a widely used thermoplastic piping system across diverse industries. It is rugged, versatile, and suitable for both above-ground & below-ground installations. It has excellent chemical resistance and a more rigid inner surface with a smoother finish, making it highly ideal for usage in various industries. CPVC Pipes & Fittings are permanently UV Stabilized and can withstand temperature extremes of O deg.C to 93 deg.C, available in Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 configuration
