A Prayer To The Stained Loom
O Loom guide my needle straight and true
And let my blood dye in praise to you
Let my shuttle fly with weft through warp
Quicker than the beating of my heart
And if I weep my weary tears
Let me echo to your ears
And bear me strength to work your will
Until my bones lay in final still

Please Curse Frequently
If you are a witch, please curse items, homes, and other buildings frequently.
Ancient, lingering curses that get unearthed during inopportune times take, by definition, decades to centuries to mature.
Your contributions to the supernatural ensure the doom of generations of heroes to come.

Ok idk how old those asks are (it could be years or months; tumblr doesnt show dates hakdhjsjdk) but I was wondering if you ever come around to posting that soulmate spell? Im very curious about it !
This ask is in fact... years old. In the sense that I remember you originally asking for it not long after I suspected its success! It was successful for us and helped me find him, but I’m not sure of it’s success with others (yet!) @ladykalila
I’ll outline the parameters of what I did, I wrote it all down that night and am just transcribing it digitally:
Soulmate Spell
It was the evening of Beltane, April 30th 2015.
I was a BRAND NEW witch at the time practicing Wicca and this was seriously my first spell, I was reading out of books and following Scott Cunningham for rituals:
I set the altar and cast a circle.
I recited the Blessing Chant, invoking the Goddess (you can skip this if you’re not Wiccan)
I had a potted plant on my altar for Beltane and placed a token I had on the plant, like an ornament on a christmas tree
I lit a candle, and raised power.
I wrote down everything I could imagine of my soulmate (for me... a tall blonde man, a piano player, blue eyes, musical family, kind to a fault, some other scary accurate details)
I used cord magic to manifest and pictured him while I tied the knots and said the spell aloud:

I then hung the cord on the tree with the token.
After a simple feast and releasing the circle, I kept the token, the cord, and pressed flowers from the altar with my journal pages in a safe place for as long as I felt necessary (I think I kept them together for six months)
I met my partner two weeks after performing this spell and he was everything I hoped for and so much more :) we have been together 6 years next month !!

Collected notes on hypnoflora:
Nyctomorph: Literally meaning “night-form“ this term has come to mean the broader classification of the more general “shadow figure“ or “shadow people“. Mature specimens often manifest white faces or glowing red eyes.
Phobophage: Class phobophaga generally refers to any hypnofauna that both intentionally induces and feeds off fear. Many occultists consider the label to be over-applied.
Psychopomp: Rare for hypnoflora, as their hypozoological niche is often filled by explicit religious entities. Proper identification in the wild can be difficult due to their rarity.
Magestary: Class magestara contains hypnofauna that engage in a sort of spiritual mutualism with soul-baring creatures, exchanging knowledge for some form of hypnobiological benefit.
Simulacrum: A theoretical class posed by several research organizations who believe that entities engaging in mimicry are their own species, while others argue the forms of hypnofauna to be inherently fluid.
Machinus: Observed in the wild as early as 1880 but specimens have only been captured live for study recently. Creatures of essential entropy that inhabit machines, feed on mechanical order and excrete chaos.
Aediad: From the greek for wire. A divergence of the nymph line, evolved to exploit emerging niches in abandoned human structures. Emergence is rare, and few protected sites are recognized globally.
Paraxata: The Paraxata is a fairly common manifestation of pseudo-magestary. Always manifest as feline, though with ample visual diversity. Offers guidance of dubious use, the nature of their advice has so far confounded researchers.
Quaestiona: Creatures of order Quaestiona tend to manifest as stationary, taking forms akin to statues or large plants, but are defined by their chief food source being riddles.
Canis Noctis (Black Dog): There is debate as to whether the Canis Noctis is a true magestary. Their canid manifestation seems to parallel their role as guides or benevolent omens of danger.
Tooth Fish: The Piscis Dentis or “tooth fish“ is one of the most common hypnopredators encountered, inhabiting the estuary between the deep self and the collective unconscious. Often a sign one has strayed too far from their own mind.

Oh man it would sure be a shame if people knew that tomorrow on June 5th under the Super Moon, witches across the world were going to channel their energy and magic into aiding the #BlackLivesMatter movement...
It would be an even bigger shame if people knew that there is a very powerful witch who put a protection spell on Trump, which means that the witches are literally gonna need all the fire power they can get...
.
.
.
Oh whoopsie doodles I dropped a- what's this??
my aid spell for closeted witches??? Oh man!
What you need:
A black candle (for protection and to ward off evil)
A white candle (to strengthen your intentions)
A piece of paper
A pen/sharpie
What to do
Cleanse your area. I burn rosemary in a clockwise motion around my work area
Light your black candle first
Draw a sigil. Do this by first writing down your intentions (For example) "To aid my fellow witches" -> get rid of vowels -> "t d fllw wtchs" -> get rid of repeating letters -> " d f chs" -> draw your sigil on your piece of papee how ever you please so long as these letters are incorporated. Mine came out like this
Place your white candle over the paper and light it
Focus on that candle however you want. For me I'd prefer to keep it somewhere in my line of vision at all times, that way I know it's there and I can channel my energy into it.
Let it burn all the way down and run it's self down.
Oh jeez oh man I better pick this up before anyone sees it....

𝕾𝖆𝖇𝖇𝖆𝖙𝖘

The sabbats are holidays celebrated throughout the year on solstices, equinoxes, and the midpoints between them. These sabbats form the Wheel of the year.
There is a controversy surrounding the dates of these holidays, as people celebrate them all over the earth, not only in the northen hemisphere but in the southern too.
One viewpoint is that the Sabbats should be celebrated as they were originally created to be… in other words, Samhain is October 31st, regardless of where you live. In the Southern Hemisphere, even though you are just gearing up to summer on October 31st, this perspective says that you celebrate the cleansing and releasing, the honouring of the dead just as you would if you lived in the Northern Hemisphere. The other viewpoint (the one I personally agree with) is that you should celebrate when you feel like the season corresponds with the holiday, in other words, your craft, your rules. So if you live in the southern hemisphere, you have the choice.
I’ll be writing the dates for each holiday starting with the northen hemisphere and then the dates that many people celebrate them in the southern hemisphere

The Signs and Magic:
THIS TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BUT HERE IS MY COMPILED NOTES ON HOW ASTROLOGICAL SIGN CAN AFFECT INBORN MAGICAL ABILITY BE SURE TO NOTE THAT THIS IS BY NO MEANS THE ONLY DECIDER OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO MAGIC AND THE INFLUENCES OF CULTURE UPBRINGING AND GOOD OL STUDY SHOULD NOT BE DISCOUNTED Aries: People born under Aries have a natural affinity for evocation, the manipulation of natural forces like heat and light. Aries is the sign of firecallers and weather mages. While Aries have an advantage in terms of raw energy, this often comes at the cost of control.
Taurus: Taurus is a tenacious sign. Those born under Taurus have a natural resistance to the arcane. This can be a bit of a double edged sword, as it can make it more difficult to work with the more delicate forms of magic. On the other hand, this thick arcane skin can be useful for handling more dangerous, high-energy spellwork.
Gemini: If you understand how a battery works, those born under Gemini’s dualistic nature have a propensity for the quick absorption/discharge of energy. This manifests as an aptitude for counterspells and redirection. It should also be noted that the more energy one tries to channel, the higher the chance that one may overheat.
Cancer: Cancer is an attentive sign, those born under it often have a talent for the more precise forms of magic like Enchantment or Psychomancy. Cancers tend to be scalpels, not hammers. The largest obstacle a cancer will likely face is a low overall stamina when it comes to magic.
Leo: Leos burn bright. Their relationship to energy is inefficient, often resulting in unwanted side effects. The most common side effect manifests as a mild purifying effect. With practice, this can give the leo an advantage when attempting to rid themselves of unpleasant effects.
Virgo: Virgos are liminal. Their bindings to this plane of reality are a little fuzzier. This makes them adept at breaking those boundaries. Visions of the other side are not uncommon in Virgo children. Know that doors work both ways.
Libra: Libras tend to be a sort of jack-of-all-trades. With no particular astrological affinity for any sort of energy, Virgos tend to be the explorers and experimenters of the arcane arts. All energy seeks to expand. Libra’s have the most naturally harmonious relationship to magic.
Scorpio: Many Scorpio’s can go their entire life not realizing their proclivity for magic. Alchemy is an art that relies on the sort of gut instinct and intuition that actively resists careful thought. More often than not, their friends will realize alchemichal skill before they do. They just make the tea better. Nobody is really sure why.
Ophiuchus: Those born under the serpent bearer have the least harmonious relationship to magic. While this can make the initial learning significantly more difficult, it can lead to significant advantages in the underappreciated arts of unraveling, like hexes, counterspells, obfuscations of magic.
Sagittarius: Equal parts precise and explosive, those born under the archer generally have a great deal of power and control over their abilities. The most common downside to this is little to no control over the amount of energy they discharge, often leading to boughs of exhaustion.
Capricorn: Capricorn is an ever-shifting sign. The fluid nature of magic requires the ability to adapt to and understand new circumstances. Those born under Capricorns are quick learners, but their impressionable, bend-dont-break nature can make heavier lifting difficult.
Aquarius: Aquarians burn cold. Their relationship to the arcane draws energy in from their surroundings like a sponge. They are incredibly sensitive to the world around them, able to pick up on more subtle energies. This is a common sign for psychics, emapths, and those sensitive to spectral energy. If they are not careful to disenchant themselves, this sensitivity can overwhelm, leading to panic attacks and anxiety.
Pisces: Pisces tend to be fickle when it comes to energy, born with the most sensitivity but also the least control. Pisces carry an affinity for glamours, enthrallment, and charms. Untrained, this can lead to Pisces getting themselves in trouble, which is why this sign is associated with faeblood.

black and asian vikings 100% definitely existed (also, saami vikings)
you know how far you can get into eurasia and africa by sailing up rivers from the baltic and mediterranean seas? pretty fucking far, and that’s what vikings liked to do to trade
then, you know, people are people, so love happens, business happens, and so ppl get married and take spouses back home to the frozen hellscape that is scandinavia (upon which i’m guessing the horrorstruck new spouses went “WHAT THE FUCK??? FUCKING GIVE ME YOUR JACKET???????”)
and sometimes vikings bought thralls and brought them home as well, and i mean, when your indentured service is up after however many years and you’re a free person again, maaaaaaaaaaaaybe it’s a bit hard to get all the way home across the continent, so you make the best out of the situation and you probably get married and raise a gaggle kids
so yeah
viking kingdoms/communities were not uniformly pure white aryan fantasy paradises, so pls stop using my cultural history and ethnic background to excuse your racist discomfort with black ppl playing heimdall and valkyrie

Old-time Tarot Meanings My Grandma Taught Me
The Star is a bad card.
It says, “No, this is nothing but wishful thinking.” It represents endless hoping, with nothing ever happening.
The Nine of Wands is victory.
This man never grew complacent after his past triumph. Such vigilance will ensure he also wins the next battle.
The Ten of Wands is abundance.
That man is not burdened. He is carrying his harvest home. It is heavy, but he is happy.
The Three of Pentacles is achievement.
A stone mason from a humble background has managed to earn the respect of both Church and State.
The Four of Pentacles is the ideal man.
He treats his other half as his treasure. He is protective of and affectionate towards her.
The Five of Pentacles is true love.
The leper and the beggar are true to their marriage vows: “To have and to hold, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and health, till death do us part.”
The Five of Cups predicts death.
When preceded by the Ten of Swords, the Five of Cups means someone dear to the querent will pass away soon.
The Queen of Swords is a spinster.
The other kings and queens are couples. But she is the King of Swords’ older unmarried sister.
The Lovers is sanctioned by the gods.
This person is the partner the heavens created for you. While the Two of Cups is a partner you choose.
The Tower predicts an inheritance.
When preceded or followed by Death, The Tower means someone will die and leave you an inheritance, or another windfall will come that will forever change your life for the better.

Witchy Work-Outs
Make Pickle Popsickles! They help with heat and muscle cramps and make for a refreshing treat in the summer (I learned this from a softball coach)
Perform Shufflemancy while listening to your music while working out.
Tell yourself Affirmations like stretching. Examples are such like, “This does not define my confidence, but will bring more to me.” “This workout will help me achieve my goal.” “I will build endurance.”
Charm your shoes! Charge them by running.
On that note, charm anything witchy by using the energy created while working out. Think of it like powering a generator by bicycling.
If running is mind-numbing, meditate while on a treadmill (be careful though!)
Infuse your water with fruit, taking into considering each fruit’s correspondences.
Charm your sweatbands to bolster confidence.
Build wards to protect yourself from the influence of judgement of other gym-goers.
Perform spells to help build healthy work-out routines and habits.
Use epsom salts to both ease muscle aches and to cleanse yourself at the same time!

The Rotting Corpse Curse
A curse I’ve written that had very quick success and progressively worsens over time. The intensity of the spell can be modified depending on what intent you have and what sigils you utilize. If you do not have any of the following ingredients (excluding the meat and liquid) you can attempt to replace them with a different ingredient.
What Is Needed:
Raw meat
A red liquid
Sulphur
Ashes
Charcoal (from embers)
Black salt
Your spit
Hot sauce or Salsa
Garlic powder
Mandrake pieces (optional)
Black pepper
A dead spider (optional)
A knife
A taglock of your target (hair, fingernails, photo, full name, etc)
Sigils
A red candle (black will also suffice)
The Ritual:
During the middle of the night (the hour of Saturn is ideal but any time works), gather your ingredients in a dark room or out in a liminal space such as the crossroads or forest. Be certain to make yourself as angry as possible for this, as the energy will flow into your creation. Before you begin, call upon whatever spirit/s you wish to request the assistance of and have their offering on hand.
Light your candle and place the taglock on top of the raw meat, then say with intent:
“I give thee thy body”
Take the red liquid (do not use blood, that is a taglock) and pour it over the meat while stating: “I give thee thy blood”
Pour the wax of the candle over the raw meat and say “I bind you to this (full name of target) and bind you to my will. Rot and decay”.
At this point, take your mortar and pestle and combine the solid ingredients first, grinding them into a powder as much as possible. Then spit into the mixture with malice and add in the hot sauce (or salsa). Once this task is done, craft your sigils- focus on your hateful intent as you do so and let an image come to you, or allow yourself to get into a trance as you craft them. When you are satisfied with the sigils, sit with them in a trance and pour your rage into the images. Then partially burn them in the candle flame in order to activate them fully and place the remains onto the meat. Take up your knife and fuel it with your rage as well, then begin to stab the raw meat with it while chanting: “(Target’s full name) I bind you to my will”. Do this repeatedly while focusing on your anger and be certain to stab the sigils into the meat. Now take your ingredient mixture and pour it over the top, covering as much of the meat as possible- proceed to pour more candle wax over this in order to bind them further.
With all this done, sit before your curse and pull yourself into a trance while attempting to bring yourself deeper into a rage. Think of all the things they’ve done to anger and hurt you, quicken your breathing. When you feel angry enough, hold out your hands and push out the malice from your body and into the mixture while chanting the target’s name. Envision their face and imagine the turmoil you wish upon them vividly.
When you feel ready, conclude the spell and then take the mixture somewhere to be buried (crossroads, railroad tracks, swamps, forests, and your enemy’s property are all good options). As it rots, so will your enemy’s life.

Stones of Sorrow
You will need the following items for this spell:
A large stone for each person
Black magic marker
Salt
Write the name of the person who had done you wrong with the marker. Write how they did it with one word (physically or emotionally and so on). Take it to your back yard and bury it about two feet in the ground. Use the salt and circle the stones grave.
Stand erect and place your hands together in a prayer stature. Say:
Pain that I have to borrow, make (insert name) feel the stone of sorrow.
Leave it be till morning. Then when morning comes, dig up the stone and take it to a natural water stream or river and so on and throw it in. Results will happen within three days.

✨🎵🍂Autumn Equinox🍂🎵 🎶🍂Music Post🍂🎶✨
I made a musical post for white noise and ambient music sound tracks for both Yule and Ostara so I wanted to share one for Mabon since I do have playlists for each sabbat tbh.
When I play ambient music I like to play several tracks together which are white noise sound tracks and a musical sound track together to create an atmosphere. For autumn equinox that usually is light rain, the sounds of crows cawing and wind rustling the trees! (Specifically crows at 50% and wind at like 10% or just wind and rain both at 20).
In my personal correspondences post, I mentioned instruments I associate with this sabbat which are the basoon, cello, sometimes that ragtimey piano sound, sleepy jazz and sometimes the clarinet since they are deeper and a bit somber or relaxed. It fits the emotion of things coming to an end and a sense of restfulness/oncoming hibernation.
🍁 Ambient Tracks to play under the music 🍁
Gentle Rain
Crow Cawing
Wind Blowing through Autumn Forest
🍁 Music 🍁
Wooden 🌰
Clarinet Quintent in A Major
Plaint - Kevin MacLeod
Premier Rhapsodie - Debussy
Village Greens 2
Jimbo’s Lullaby - Debussy
Piano 🦃
Into the Unknown
Chord Left - Agnes Obel
The Cuckoo in the Depths of the Woods - Camille Saint-Saens
Woods Darker than Night - Child of Light
Strings 🐿️
My witchy friend’s cover of Neil Young’s Harvest Moon played on Harp
Sleepy Cello
String Quartet
Adelaide’s Trap
Sleepy Jazz/Blues (mostly just OTGW) 🌕
Shine On Harvest Moon
Patient is the Night
Bassoon Jazz Stuart Mckay (has a bit of a spooky groove to it)
Music with Autumn Ambient Sounds 🍏
Clarinet and light Rain
Celtic Autumn Forest - Adrian von Ziegler
Somber Reflective Witchy Songs (fits the mood) 🍂
Agnes Obel - Fuel to Fire
Agnes Obel - Aventine
Marika Hackman - Ophelia
