Freezer Glass Separator

 How to Use Flat Models Lamination Mold

When you are going to use it, just put the screen and glass to the location place in the mold, to let their alignment on the mold well, then take the mold to put inside your lamination machine to start laminate, before laminate, your machine will start vacuuming to make sure there is no air inside lamination cabin and no air between the glass and screen, after vacuuming for several seconds, it will laminate, then you can get a perfect screen without any bubbles. even there are some small bubbles, you can put them inside the autoclave to remove for about 10 minutes, it's very easy to do with our mold.
